Գների վերահսկման աշխատանքների արդյունքներով հարուցվել է 92 վարչական վարույթ

ԱՀ պետական տեսչությունների կառավարման կոմիտեն տեղեկացնում է, որ մարտ ամսից սկսված՝ գների վերահսկման աշխատանքների արդյունքներով ԱՀ պետական տեսչությունների կառավարման կոմիտեի կողմից հարուցվել են վարույթներ, նշանակվել են տուգանքներ։
- Հարուցվել է 92 վարչական վարույթ,
- ներկա պահին վարույթ է ընթանում 26 տնտեսվարողի մասով,
- կիրառվել է ընդհանուր 6,000,000 դրամի տուգանք,
- կասեցվել է մեկ տնտեսվարողի տնտեսական գործունեություն,
- ինչպես նաև 2-րդ անգամ խախտում է հայտնաբերվել 2 տնտեսվարողի մոտ, որոնց տնտեսական գործունեության կասեցման որոշումները ուղարկվել են ծանուցման։
«Բացի նախընթաց ժամանակաշրջանում շրջաններում կատարված ստուգումներից՝ վերջին օրերին, պետական նախարարի հանձնարարությամբ, իրականացվել են ստուգումներ նաև Մարտակերտ քաղաքում և շրջանի մի շարք համայնքներում, կազմվել է ընդհանուր 11 խախտման արձանագրություն և հարուցվել վարչական վարույթներ։
Տեղեկացնում ենք նաև, որ անկախ այն հանգամանքից, որ ԱՀ կառավարության համապատասխան որոշմամբ շրջանների համայնքներում վարչակազմերի և համայքապետարանների կողմից պետք է իրականացվի վերահսկողական գործառույթ, ԱՀ պետական տեսչությունների կառավարման կոմիտեն, որպես հանրապետական վարչական վարույթ իրականացնող լիազոր մարմին, զուգահեռ պարբերաբար շարունակելու է իրականացնել ստուգումներ նաև շրջաններում և հայտնաբերված բոլոր խախտումների մասով շարունակելու ենք հարուցել վարչական վարույթներ` կայացնելով օրենքով սահմանված համարժեք վարչական որոշումներ։
Կարևորելով նաև հանրային վերահսկողության մեխանիզմը՝ հորդորում ենք քաղաքացիներին՝ հաստատված գնացուցակի խախտումներ նկատելու դեպքում զանգահարել 5099 կամ 047960124 հեռախոսահամարներին»։
