Վանաձորի բնակչուհին 7 գործընկերների հեռախոսներով առցանց կեղծ վարկային գործարքներ է կնքել և գումարներ հափշտակել

Պարզվել են Վանաձոր քաղաքի 28-ամյա բնակչուհու կողմից մի շարք գործընկերներից խարդախությամբ խոշոր չափի գումարներ հափշտակելու դեպքի հանգամանքները:
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալներով հիմնավորվել է, որ 28-ամյա կինը, աշխատելով Վանաձոր քաղաքում գործող կարի ֆաբրիկայում, իր անձնական կարիքները հոգալու նպատակով և կեղծ փաստաթղթեր կազմելով, դրամական միջոցներ հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ, օգտվելով իր գործընկերների անուշադրությունից ու մոլորության մեջ գցելով նրանց, հափշտակել է տարբեր չափերի գումարներ:
Մասնավորապես, գործընկերների բջջային հեռախոսներում տարբեր բանկերի և վարկային կազմակերպության բջջային հավելվածները ներբեռնելու և ակտիվացնելու պատրվակով, հավելվածների առկայության դեպքում՝ այլ պատրվակներով, վերցրել է նրանց բջջային հեռախոսները և առանձնացել նրանցից: Այնուհետև ներբեռնելով հավելվածները՝ գործընկերներից գաղտնի, նրանց անհատականացնող տվյալների օգտագործմամբ, առցանց եղանակով կնքել է վարկային պայմանագրեր՝ դրանցում ներառելով իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկություններ, այդ թվում՝ գործընկերների՝ որպես վարկառու հանդես գալու և պայմանագրի դրույթներին համաձայնություն տալու մասին:
Այնուհետև օգտագործելով նշված էլեկտրոնային կեղծ փաստաթղթերը՝ խաբեության եղանակով, գործընկերների փոխարեն՝ իբրև որպես վարկառու, ստացել է վարկային կեղծ պայմանագրերով հատկացված գումարները հիշյալ գործընկերների հաշվեհամարներին, ապա վերը նշված բջջային հավելվածների միջոցով փոխանցելով մեկ այլ հաշվեհամարի, կանխիկացրել և տնօրինել է դրանք:
28-ամյա կնոջ կողմից նշված մեխանիզմով կատարված հանցավոր գործողություններից տուժել է 7 անձ, նա ամբողջությամբ վերականգնել է պատճառված վնասը։
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա Վանաձոր քաղաքի 28-ամյա բնակչուհուն մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, որը համապատասխանում է ՀՀ գործող քրեական օրենսգրքի 255-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետին (2 դրվագ) և 325-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով որը համապատասխանում է ՀՀ գործող քրեական օրենսգրքի 457-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասին (9 դրվագ): Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել բացակայելու արգելքը:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Քրեական վարույթի նյութերը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել են հսկող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
Ծանուցում. հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
