Դեկանը և ևս 2 անձ կալանավորվեց

Դատարանը բավարարել է ԵՊՀ տնտեսագիտության և կառավարման ֆակուլտետի դեկան Հայկ Սարգսյանին կալանավորելու վերաբերյալ ներկայացված միջնորդությունը։ Այս մասին Iravaban.net-ին հայտնեցին Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեից։
Կալանավորվել է նաև ֆակուլտետի ամբիոնի դոցենտ Գագիկ Տոնոյանը և ենթադրյալ կաշառք տված անձանցից մեկը։
Դեկանի տեղակալ Ա. Ն.-ի նկատմամբ դատարանի որոշմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել տնային կալանքը։
Ավելի վաղ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեից հայտնել էին, որ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում նախաձեռնված և ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների, ինչպես նաև քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ստացվել, որ Հ. Ս.-ն, 2000 թվականից զբաղեցնելով Երևանի պետական համալսարանի տնտեսագիտության և կառավարման ֆակուլտետի դեկանի պաշտոնը, նույն ֆակուլտետի ամբիոնի դոցենտ Գ. Տ.-ի և այլ դասախոսների հետ խմբի կազմում՝ 2023 թվականի փետրվարից մարտն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, ֆակուլտետի տարբեր կուրսերում սովորող ուսանողների օգտին ապօրինի գործողություններ կատարելու դիմաց որպես կաշառք պահանջել և ստացել են տարբեր չափի գումարներ:
Մասնավորապես՝ Գ. Տ.-ն, ֆակուլտետի ուսանողի օգտին ապօրինի գործողություններ կատարելու, այն է՝ առանց նրա գիտելիքները փաստացի ստուգելու վերջինիս դրական գնահատականներ նշանակելու գործընթացը կազմակերպելու համար, ուսանողից պահանջել է յուրաքանչյուր քննության համար 120.000-ական, ընդհանուր՝ 480.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք, այնուհետև այդ մասին տեղեկացրել է ֆակուլտետի դեկան Հ. Ս.-ին: Ստանալով դեկանի համաձայնությունը՝ Գ. Տ.-ն վերջինիս հետ՝ նշված ուսանողին դրական գնահատական նշանակելու խնդրանքով դիմել են քննություններն ընդունող դասախոսներին: Արդյունքում ուսանողն առանց անհրաժեշտ գիտելիքների ստուգման ստացել է դրական գնահատականներ:
Բացի այդ, դեկան Հ. Ս.-ն իր տեղակալ՝ նույն ֆակուլտետի ամբիոնի դոցենտ Ա. Ն.-ի հետ մեկ այլ ուսանողի օգտին թողտվություն, հովանավորչություն և ապօրինի գործողություն կատարելու դիմաց Պ. Հ.-ից ստացել են կոնյակ և 4000 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք:
Նույն ժամանակահատվածում ֆակուլտետի երկու այլ ուսանողների օգտին ապօրինի գործողություններ կատարելու՝ քննական գործընթացում առանց վերջիններիս գիտելիքները ստուգելու դրական գնահատականներ նշանակելու դիմաց, դեկան Հ. Ս.-ն ինչպես անձամբ, այնպես էլ խմբի կազմում՝ դոցենտ Գ. Տ.-ի հետ, կաշառք են ստացել նրանցից:
Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է նաև, որ Գ. Տ.-ն ֆակուլտետի մեկ այլ դասախոս Ա. Մ.-ի հետ՝ խմբի կազմում, իրենց ծառայողական լիազորություններն օգտագործելով, Ա. Մ.-ի մատնանշած ուսանողների օգտին ապօրինի գործողություն կատարելու, այն է՝ 2023 թվականի մարտին նշանակված քննությունն առանց գիտելիքների իրական ստուգման դրական գնահատելու գործընթացը կազմակերպելու և իրականացնելու դիմաց ստացել են կաշառք:
24.05.2023 թվականին ԵՊՀ տնտեսագիտության և կառավարման ֆակուլտետի դեկան Հ. Ս.-ն, նրա տեղակալը, նույն ֆակուլտետի երկու դասախոսները և նրանց կաշառք տված ևս 5 անձ ձերբակալվել են:
Նույն օրը դեկանին, նրա տեղակալին և հիշյալ երկու դասախոսներին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 435-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով:
