ՆԱՏՕ-ն մտադիր է հատուկ կարգավիճակ տալ Ուկրաինային

ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկրները պատրաստ են Ուկրաինային հատուկ կարգավիճակ առաջարկել՝ «Ուկրաինա-ՆԱՏՕ խորհուրդ» մեխանիզմի ձևով, որպեսզի այդ երկրի համար ապահովեն անհրաժեշտ քաղաքական աջակցություն։
«Ուկրաինա-ՆԱՏՕ խորհուրդ» մեխանիզմի ստեղծման ծրագրերը կարող են քննարկվել Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի անդամ երկրների արտգործնախարարների հանդիպմանը, որը նախատեսված է հաջորդ շաբաթ Օսլոյում: Բացի խորհրդի ձևից և ժամկետներից, Օսլոյում կքննարկվի նաև Ուկրաինային ռազմական օգնության ավելացման անհրաժեշտությունը, քանի որ, ըստ լրատվամիջոցի, ամռանը Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերը պատրաստվում են հակահարձակման։
«ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցության Ուկրաինայի հայտը, որը ներկայացվել է ութ ամիս առաջ, այդպես էլ առայժմ մնացել է առանց պատասխանի, բայց, հավանաբար, կդառնա հուլիսին Վիլնյուսում կայանալիք գագաթնաժողովի առանցքային թեմաներից մեկը: Միևնույն ժամանակ, Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքում Ուկրաինայի կարգավիճակի բարելավման գաղափարը թափ է հավաքում», - գրում է պարբերականը։
Ինչպես Euractiv-ի հայտնել են ՆԱՏՕ-ի մի քանի դիվանագետներ, խորհուրդը կլինի առաջին քայլը դաշինքի և Կիևի միջև «քաղաքական գործընկերությունն ընդլայնելու» գործում:
Խորհրդի մեխանիզմը Կիևին թույլ կտա «Ուկրաինա-ՆԱՏՕ խորհուրդ» սեղանի շուրջ լինել լիարժեք անդամ, այլ ոչ թե «հրավիրված երկիր», ինչպես հիմա: Ուկրաինացիները կկարողանան նաև իրենք հրավիրել հանդիպումներ, ինչը կհեշտացնի տեղեկատվության փոխանակումը, այդ թվում՝ մարտի դաշտում իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ։ Բացի դրանից, այդ ձևաչափը բացում է համագործակցության նոր հնարավորություններ, այդ թվում՝ հետախուզական գործունեության, ռազմական արդյունաբերության, համատեղ զորավարժությունների բնագավառում, ինչպես նաև անդամ երկրների զինված ուժերի հետ Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի ավելի մեծ փոխգործակցություն։
Ինչպես նշում է հարթակը, տարբեր պաշտոնատար անձինք խոստովանել են, որ Ուկրաինայի արագ անդամակցումը ՆԱՏՕ-ին ներկա փուլում անհնար է:
