«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Այս տարվա սկզբին հայտարարվեց «Դիմակայուն Սյունիք. թիմ Եվրոպա» նախաձեռնության պաշտոնական մեկնարկի մասին: Սա Եվրոպական միության, Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի և ԵՄ անդամ մի քանի երկրների համատեղ ծրագիրն է, որը, ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության, նպատակ ունի նպաստել «Սյունիքի մարզի կայուն սոցիալ-տնտեսական և ինստիտուցիոնալ զարգացմանը»:
Հունվարին տեղեկացվեց, որ նախաձեռնության սկզբնական բյուջեն առաջիկա 5 տարվա համար կազմում է շուրջ 51 մլն եվրո: Սակայն մոտ տասն օր առաջ ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ դեսպան (կամ, ինչպես ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարն է ասում, «սիրելի դեսպան») Անդրեա Վիկտորինը հայտարարեց, որ տարվա սկզբի համեմատ բյուջեն կրկնապատկվել է և կազմում է 116 մլն եվրո: Մի շարք փորձագետներ, այդ թվում՝ ոչ հայաստանյան, արդեն իսկ կարծիք են հայտնում, որ այս ծրագիրն իրականում ավելի խորքային ենթաշերտեր ունի, և Արևմուտքն ամենևին շահագրգռված չէ ո՛չ Սյունիքի մարզի, ո՛չ էլ, ընդհանրապես, Հայաստանի զարգացմամբ։
Այստեղ առաջնայինը իրենց համար սեփական աշխարհաքաղաքական շահերն իրականացնելու համար առավել բարենպաստ պայմաններ ստեղծելն է: Ի դեպ, ռուսաստանյան որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ տեղեկացնում են, թե «Դիմակայուն Սյունիք. թիմ Եվրոպա» ծրագիրը, ի թիվս այլ խնդիրների, նպատակ ունի ժամանակի ընթացքում համապատասխան ենթակառուցվածքներ նախապատրաստել, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» բացման համար։
