ՀՀ պետական սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու և ՀՀ ԶՈւ 2 զինծառայողի առևանգելու դեպքի առթիվ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել․ ՔԿ

ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի զինծառայողներ Հարություն Յուրիկի Հովագիմյանը և Կարեն Աշոտի Ղազարյանը մայիսի 26-ին` ժամը 18:30-ին, «Կամազ 43114» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով նույն զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասի՝ ՀՀ հարավարևելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված մարտական դիրքերից մեկին սնունդ են տեղափոխել, որից հետո դիրքից վերադառնալիս նրանց հետ կապը կորել է։

Ձեռնարկված որոնողական աշխատանքների արդյունքում ավոտմեքենան գտնվել է մարտական դիրք տանող ճանապարհին՝ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ դիրքերի թիկունքում գտնվող հատվածում՝ շարժիչը գործարկված վիճակում, մեքենայի մեջ հայտնաբերվել է մեկ միավոր ԱԿ-74 տեսակի ինքնաձիգ, սակայն նշված երկու զինծառայողները չեն գտնվել:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ հակառակորդի զինված խումբը հատել է ՀՀ սահմանը և առևանգել զինծառայողներին:  

Հաշվի առնելով, որ առկա են Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ զինծառայողների կողմից ՀՀ պետական սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու, զինծառայողներին առևանգելու, նրանց կամքին հակառակ կամ նրանց կամքն անտեսելով տեղափոխելու  հանցավոր արարքների հատկանիշներ պարունակող տվյալներ՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության իններորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 191-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 5-րդ, 6-րդ, 9-րդ կետերի, 469-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Իրականացվում են վարութային և ապացուցողական անհրաժեշտ ծավալուն միջոցառումներ՝ Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ զինծառայողների կողմից սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու և զինծառայողների առևանգման հանգամանքները լիարժեք պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
