«Վերջնակետը հատված է, կամ դու կանգնում ես ի պաշտպանություն Արցախի, կամ դու ողջ ժողովրդի դեմ ես»։ Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար, Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի համակարգող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն է այս արձանագրումն արել՝ անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հերթական զառանցանքներին։
Հիշեցնենք՝ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել էր, թե Արցախի խորհրդարանը պետք է լուծարվի, տարրը, որը իրեն նախագահ է անվանում պետք է հանձնվի, բոլոր նախարարները, պատգամավորները և այլոք պետք է լքեն իրենց պաշտոնները, միայն այդ դեպքում նրանց նկատմաբ կարող է ներողամտություն ցուցաբերվել, միայն այդ դեպքում կարող է խոսք գնալ ինչ-որ համաներման մասին ,- ասել էր Իլհամ Ալիևը և հավելել, թե միացումի գիրքը փակված է, անջատողականության հարցը փակված է, անկախության երազանքը գնացել է կարգավիճակի ետևից։
Մենք արդեն ուղարկել ենք կարգավիճակը պետք եղած տեղը, երկրորդ՝ ղարաբաղյան պատերազմի ժամանակ,- նշել էր Ադրբեջանի նախագահը։
Արցախի գործող և Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների կողմից Ադրբեջանի նախագահի այս հոխորտանքներին որևէ ողջամիտ պատասխան այդպես էլ չի ստացվել, միայն հատուկենտ քաղաքական ընդդիմադիր ուժեր են ներկայացրել իրենց դիրքորոշումները և Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն է բավականին ուշագրավ և լուրջ արձանագրում արել։ Ըստ նախկին պետնախարարի՝ «Ալիևի հայտարարությունը միայն մեկ բանի մասին է փաստում, նրա ռազմավարական նպատակը արցախցիների բռնի տեղահանումը կամ ցեղասպանությունը իրագործելն է։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով ես տեղափոխվել եմ Արցախ և միշտ խոսել եմ դրա մասին, ինչպիսին է այս դեպքում պաշտոնական Երևանի դիրքորոշումը, շարունակել Ադրբեջանի կազմում արցախահայերի իրավունքների հետ կապված դեմագոգիան այլևս հնարավոր չէ, նա ցանկանում է վերացնել, կամ որպես ստրուկների վերաբերվել Արցախում ապրող հայերին, Ալիևի առաջարկած մոդելը նվաստացուցիչ և անպատիվ կյանքն է՝ ատրճանակը մեր ճակատին պահված, մենք երբեք չենք համաձայնվի դրա հետ, մենք պայքարելու ենք մինչև վերջ»,- նշել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը՝ երկընտրանքի առջև կանգնեցնելով Հայաստանի վարչախմբին՝ կամ դու կանգնում ես ի պաշտպանություն Արցախի, կամ դու ողջ հայ ժողովրդի դեմ ես։
