Ադրբեջանի նախագահը այդպիսի պահանջներով ճանաչում է Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների լեգիտիմությունն ու կարևորությունը․ ԱՀ նախագահի խոսնակ

ԱՀ Նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Լուսինե Ավանեսյանն «Արցախպրես» գործակալությանը մեկնաբանել է Ալիևի՝ արցախցիների հասցեին նախօրեին արված հայտարարությունները․
«Ընդամենը օրեր առաջ, Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահը Ադրբեջանի ժողովրդին ու իշխանություններին կոչ էր արել վերջ տալ Արցախի ժողովրդի հանդեպ ատելության ու ցեղասպանական քաղաքականությանը, իրապես ընդունել միջազգային իրավունքով ամրագրված ժողովուրդների իրավահավասարության սկզբունքը և Արցախի հանդեպ բնիկ հայ ժողովրդի տիտղոսն ու իրավունքները: Միաժամանակ նախագահ Հարությունյանը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել սկսելու միջազգային ձևաչափով երկխոսություն՝ միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի և սկզբունքների, հատկապես՝ ժողովուրդների իրավահավասարության և ինքնորոշման իրավունքի, ուժի և ուժի սպառնալիքի չկիրառման, վեճերի խաղաղ կարգավորման և տարածքային ամբողջականության սկզբունքների հիման վրա:
Ադրբեջանը հրադադարի մասին եռակողմ հայտարարությունից հետո առաջին անգամ չէ Արցախի ժողովրդի հետ սպառնալիքի լեզվով խոսում, մենք տեսել ենք և տեսնում ենք ագրեսիվության դրսևորումներ՝ տեղական մարտական գործողությունների, շրջափակման, էներգետիկ և այլ ճնշումների ձևով: Դրանց այս անգամ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը ավելացրել է Արցախի ժողովրդի ընտրված իշխանությունների վերաբերյալ ապօրինի պահանջները:
Նախագահն ու Ազգային ժողովը կրում են Արցախի ժողովրդի առաջնային մանդատը՝ ընտրված ժողովրդավարական սկզբունքներով և Արցախի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության հիման վրա: Իսկ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը քաջ գիտակցում է, որ Արցախի սուբյեկտայնության գլխավոր աղբյուրը հենց այդ պետական ինստիտուտներն են, և, փաստորեն, այդպիսի պահանջներով նա ճանաչում է այդ ինստիտուտների լեգիտիմությունն ու կարևորությունը:
Հարավային Կովկասում տևական խաղաղություն ապահովելուն միտված միջազգային ակտիվ ջանքերին զուգահեռ՝ Արցախի ժողովրդին ու պետականությանն ուղղված Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հերթական սպառնալիքները նպատակ ունեն հարվածի տակ դնելու այդ ջանքերի արդյունավետության հեռանկարը:
Եվս մեկ անգամ ընդգծելով, որ Ադրբեջանը չի հարգում միջազգային որևէ սկզբունք և պարտավորություն՝ նախագահ Հարությունյանը վերահաստատում է մայիսի 23-ի իր ուղերձի դրույթները՝ ուղղված եռակողմ հայտարարության կողմերին և ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդին»:
