Հայաստանում թունավորումների 70 տոկոսի դեպքում օգտագործված սննդամթերքը եղել է հավի միսը. ՍԱՏՄ

ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի կողմից նախորդ մի քանի տարիներին արձանագրված սննդային թունավորումների վերլուծությունը ցույց է տվել, որ, հակառակ այն թյուր կարծիքի, թե ցանկացած աղիքային վարակ պայմանավորված է միայն սննդային գործոնով, դրանց գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունը, երկրորդային կամ խաչաձև աղտոտման պատճառով են (ձեռքերի վրա գտնվող բակտերիաների ու վիրուսների փոխանցումը մթերքին), հայտնում են ՍԱՏՄ-ից։
«Աշխարհի զարգացած երկրներում ևս ամեն տարի գրանցվող թունավորման դեպքերը հիմնականում պայմանավորված են մարդկային գործոնով՝ խաչաձև աղտոտում, պահման պայմանների խախտում, լվացման և ախտահանման, ինչպես նաև անձնական հիգիենայի կանոնների ոչ պատշաճ պահպանում և այլն։ Համաձայն Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության կողմից հրապարակված տվյալների՝ միկրոօրգանիզմներով աղտոտված սնունդ ուտելու հետևանքով տարեկան 600 միլիոն մարդ է հիվանդանում:
Թեև 2021-ի (18 տնտեսավարողի մոտ) համեմատ 2022 (7 տնտեսավարողի մոտ) թվականին Հայաստանում թունավորման դեպքերը պակասել են 2,5 անգամ (ինչը նաև Տեսչական մարմնի արդյունավետ վերահսկողության արդյունքն է), սակայն, որպեսզի խնդիրը կանխատեսելի և կառավարելի լինի, անհրաժեշտ է նաև սպառողների ուշադրությունն ու պատասխանատու վերաբերմունքը:
Թունավորումների վերլուծությամբ առանձնացվել է երկու ռիսկ.
թունավորման դեպքերի մոտ 90 տոկոսն արձանագրվում է հանրային սննդի կետերում, որտեղ կատարված ստուգումներով հայտնաբերվել են հիմնականում սանիտարահիգիենիկ բնույթի խախտումներ և աշխատակիցների նախնական և պարբերական բժշկական զննության անհամապատասխանություններ, թունավորումների 70 տոկոսի դեպքում օգտագործված սննդամթերքը եղել է հավի միսը:
Տեսչական մարմինը մշակել և կիրառում է վերահսկողության գործիքներ՝ իր գործառույթների շրջանակում, սակայն հանրության զգոնությունն ազդեցիկ ու գործուն միջոց է սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ոլորտում թերացումները կանխելու և սննդային կամ խաչաձև աղտոտմամբ պայմանավորված թունավորումները նվազագույնի հասցնելու համար:
