Արցախի ԱԺ-ն արձագանքել է Ալիևի սպառնալից հայտարարություններին

Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի բաժնի մեկնաբանությունը՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի մայիսի 28-ի հայտարարության վերաբերյալ․
«Ադրբեջանի նախագահի մայիսի 28-ի հայտարարությունները հերթական անգամ ընդգծված սպառնալիքներ են պարունակել Արցախի ժողովրդի և իշխանությունների հանդեպ՝ ոտնահարելով միջազգային իրավունքի հանրահայտ նորմերը և Ադրբեջանի կողմից ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորությունները:
Այս անգամ պահանջելով Արցախի ժողովրդի կողմից ժողովրդավարական հիմունքներով ընտրված մարմինների՝ Նախագահի և Ազգային ժողովի, ինչպես նաև պետական մնացած ինստիտուտների կազմաքանդումը՝ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարը հերթական անգամ ապացուցել է, որ պատրաստ է ուժի և ուժի սպառնալիքի կիրառմամբ շարունակել Արցախի ժողովրդի էթնիկ զտման և տարածքների բռնազավթման քաղաքականության իրականացումը: Սա ևս մեկ ապացույց է, որ Արցախի ժողովուրդը պարզապես չի կարող Ադրբեջանի կազմում ապրել՝ այնտեղ տիրող հայատյաց ու հայամերժ քաղաքականությունից բխող գոյաբանական վտանգների պատճառով:
Արցախի ժողովուրդն ընտրել է իր ինքնորոշման, ինքնիշխանության ու պետականակերտման ճանապարհը, որոնց հենասյուներից են Նախագահն ու Ազգային ժողովը: Ուստի, վճռականորեն դատապարտում ենք Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի, ինքնիշխանության և անվտանգության, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանի խաղաղության հանդեպ այսպիսի հարձակումները և ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսման սպառնալիքները:
Դիմելով միջազգային հանրության բոլոր դերակատարներին, այդ թվում՝ 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունը ստորագրած Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանն ու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը, ինչպես նաև՝ տարածաշրջանում խաղաղությամբ ու կայունությամբ շահագրգռված բոլոր սուբյեկտներին՝ ակնկալում ենք նրանց գործնական ու ակտիվ գործողությունները՝ վերացնելու Արցախի գրեթե վեցամսյա շրջափակումը և այլ շարունակական ոտնձգությունները, ինչպես նաև՝ կանխելու Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի ժողովրդի դեմ ուղղված նոր հանցագործությունները, այդ թվում՝ հնարավոր ռազմական ագրեսիան: Միջազգային հանրության պարտավորությունն է երաշխավորելու նաև Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը, որը ոչ մի վտանգ չի ներկայացնում միջազգային խաղաղության հանդեպ և պարզապես ձգտում է ազատ ու արժանապատիվ կերպով ապրել իր հայրենի հողում՝ միջազգային իրավունքի հիմնարար նորմերի հիման վրա:
Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովը, որպես ժողովրդի կողմից ընտրված բարձրագույն մարմին, անկախ Ադրբեջանի կողմից պարբերաբար կրկնվող սպառնալիքներից, կշարունակի իրագործել պետականակերտման իր հիմնական առաքելությունը և ազատ ապրելու մեր իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը»:
