Ապրելու Երկիր կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
 
Դիմել եմ Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողով։ Ղեկավարվելով «Էներգետիկայի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 22-րդ հոդվածով՝ նախաձեռնել եմ բնակիչների համար գազի սակագնի փոփոխության գործընթաց՝ այն 1 խմ համար գործող 143,7 դրամից առնվազն 16 դրամով նվացեզնելու նպատակով։

«Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ կողմից 2022թ․ հունվարի 12-ին հայտ էր ներկայացվել Հանրային ծառայությունների կարգավորման հանձնաժողով՝ գազի սակագինի բարձրացման հարցով։ Արդյունքում հանձնաժողովի կողմից կայացվել է որոշում, որով 2022թ․ ապրիլի 1-ից գազի սակագինը բարձրացել է մի շարք սպառող խմբերի համար, այդ թվում բնակիչների, սահմանելով 143,7 դրամ՝ 1 խմ-ի համար։

Հայտնի է, որ գազի սակագնի վրա ազդում է ներմուծվող գազի գինը, որը կազմում է 175,21 դոլար (ՀԾԿՀ կողմից սահմանված 8389 կկալ/խմ գազի համար)։ Սակագնի հաշվարկման և սահմանման պահին ներկրված գազի գինը կազմել է 84.100 դրամ (1 ԱՄՆ դոլարը 480 դրամ փոխարժեքով)։ Սկսած 2022թ․ 2-րդ կիսամյակից ԱՄՆ դոլարի փոխարժեքը կտրուկ նվազել է, որի արդյունքում 2022թ․ 2-րդ կիսամյակի միջին փոխարժեքը կազմել է 403 դրամ, իսկ 2023թ․ միջին փոխարժեքը տարվա սկզբից մինչև օրս՝ 390 դրամ։

Արդյունքում, արդեն գրեթե մեկ տարի է՝ ներմուծվող գազի գինը «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ի համար էականորեն նվազել է՝ կազմելով միջինը 70.000 դրամ, իսկ այս պահին 67.700 դրամ։

Սա իր անդրադարձն է ունեցել նաև ընկերության ֆինանսական ցուցանիշների վրա, մասնավորապես ընկերությունը 2022թ․ ստացել է 16 մլրդ դրամի ավել շահույթ 2021թ․ համեմատ։

Ակնհայտ է, որ փոխարժեքի առկա վիճակը համարվում է կայուն, և տեսանելի ապագայում բարձրացման հնարավորությունը քիչ հավանական է, ինչը առաջացնում է գազի սակագնի հաշվարկի էական շեղում։ Հուսով եմ, որ պատկան մարմինները հերթական անգամ անգործություն չեն ցուցաբերի՝ հանրության համար կարևոր հարցի վերաբերյալ։
