Ինստիգեյթ Կիսահաղորդիչներ ՓԲԸ֊ի 100% բաժնետերն այսուհետ Microchip Technology Inc. ընկերությունն է

Հայկական Ինստիգեյթ ՓԲԸ ընկերությունների խումբը պայմանագիր է ստորագրել միկրոէլեկտրոնիկա արտադրող հսկա, ամերիկյան Microchip Technology Inc. ընկերության հետ՝ վերջինիս կողմից «Ինստիգեյթ կիսահաղորդիչներ» ընկերության ձեռքբերման և այդ հիմքով «Մայքրոչիպ» ընկերության հայաստանյան մասնաճյուղի բացման կապակցությամբ՝ ազդարարելով իր մուտքը հայաստանյան ՏՏ շուկա։ Այդ առիթով ընկերությունն իր պաշտոնական հարթակներում թողարկեց նաև համագործակցությունը նկարագրող կարճ ֆիլմ։
Պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք էր բերվել դեռ երկու տարի առաջ։ Ստեղծվել էր «Ինստիգեյթ կիսահաղորդիչներ» ընկերությունը, որն «Ինստիգեյթ» ընկերությունների խմբի անդամ է և հիմնական գործունեության շրջանակը Microchip ընկերության պատվերով EDA ոլորտի նախագծերի իրականացումն է։ Վերջինս հեռահար ծրագրեր ուներ` աճեցնելու մեծ թիմ, փոխանցելու ամբողջ փորձն ու գիտելիքը՝ օգտվելով «Ինստիգեյթում» գործող կրթական և գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտներից, որպեսզի սկսի աշխատանքները՝ արտապատվիրման տեսքով, իսկ հետագայում, Հայաստանում բացի իր մասնաճյուղը։
«Համագործակցության շրջանակը պետք է լիներ էլեկտրոնային նախագծման ավտոմատացման EDA ոլորտը՝ գլխավորապես FPGA֊ների նախագծումն ու մշակումը։ Մարտահրավերն ընդունվեց․ 2020 թվականի օգոստոսի 3-ին պաշտոնապես ձևակերպվեց և հիմնվեց «Ինստիգեյթ կիսահաղորդիչներ» (Instigate Semiconductor) ընկերությունը՝ ժառանգելով ինստիգեյթական արժեհամակարգը, մշակույթը և գործելաոճը», - նշում է «Մայքրոչիպի» Հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ինժեներական թիմի ղեկավար Անի Սաֆարյանը։
Երկու տարի առաջ սկսված գործընթացը հաջողության հասավ, ընկերությունն իր սեփական մասնաճյուղերը բացեց մարզերում՝ Վանաձորում, Գյումրիում և Իջևանում և այս ընթացքում աշխատակազմը 8-ից դարձրեց 47, որոնցից 5-ը աշխատանքային պայմանագրեր ունեցող Իրական դպրոցի աշակերտներ են, իսկ ղեկավար անձնակազմի 80%-ը` Ինստիգեյթի կրթական ծրագրերով նախապատրաստված աշխատակցիներ։
Իսկ այժմ՝ կնքված պայմանագրով, բաժնետոմսերի 100%-ը ձեռք բերվեց «Մայքրոչիպ» ընկերության կողմից։
«Ինստիգեյթը, իր ռիսկով, իր կապերով, իր միջոցներով ստեղծել է դուստր ընկերություն, թիմ է հավաքել, կարգավորել ենթակառուցվածքները, կազմակերպել թիմային աշխատանքը, ապա նախապես սահմանված ժամկետից հետո տրանսֆեր իրականացրել և փոխանցել բաժնետոմսերը ներդրողին», - նշում է «Ինստիգեյթ» ՓԲԸ ֆինանսական տնօրեն Կորիուն Դավթյանը։
Առջևում ընդլայնման հեռանկարն է։ Մոտակա տարիներին Microchip֊ը պլանավորում է ընդլայնվել Application Engineering, Customer Support, Embedded Systems Programming, IP Verification ուղղություններով։
Նշենք, որ Microchip Technology-ն միկրոէլետրոնիկա արտադրող խոշոր ընկերություն է, որի շուկայական կապիտալիզացիան կազմում է 45 մլրդ դոլար։ Տարեսկզբին ընկերությունը հայտարարել էր ռեկորդային ֆինանսական արդյունքների մասին։
