Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի գլխավոր դատախազները քննարկել են երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք հարցեր

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը, Վրաստանի գլխավոր դատախազ Իրակլի Շոթաձեի հրավերով, Վրաստանում է՝ մասնակցելու Վրաստանի դատախազության 105-ամյա հոբելյանին նվիրված միջոցառմանը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից։
Այցի շրջանակում Աննա Վարդապետյանը մայիսի 30-ին առանձնազրույց է ունեցել վրաց գործընկերոջ հետ և քննարկել համագործակցության զարգացմանն ուղղված մի շարք հարցեր:
Վրաստանի գլխավոր դատախազ Իրակլի Շոթաձեն ողջունել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի այցը Վրաստան և ընդգծել, որ համագործակցությունը զարգացնելուն ուղղված մեծ ներուժ կա եղբայրական պետությունների դատախազությունների միջև:
Աննա Վարդապետյանը շնորհավորել է վրաց գործընկերոջը՝ մասնագիտական տոնի կապակցությամբ և շնորհակալություն է հայտնել միջոցառմանը հրավիրելու համար:
Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի գլխավոր դատախազների հանդիպման ընթացքում, մասնավորապես, անդրադարձ է կատարվել քրեական գործերով միջազգային-իրավական համագործակցությանը և ընդգծվել, որ երկու երկրների դատախազությունների միջև բարձր մակարդակի հարաբերությունները թույլ են տալիս աշխատանքային կարգով քննարկել ծագած հարցերը և գտնել առկա մարտահրավերների՝ երկուստեք ընդունելի լուծումներ։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել 2022 թվականին երկու երկրների դատախազությունների միջև կնքված համագործակցության մասին փոխըմբռնման հուշագրին և քննարկվել դրա շրջանակում աշխատանքային ծրագիր մշակելու և ստորագրելու հնարավորությունը: Նշված ծրագիրը կներառի այնպիսի արդիական ուղղություններ, ինչպիսիք են՝ կիբեռ և կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունների, փողերի լվացման, թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարը:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանն ընդգծել է ընդհանուր «թշնամու»՝ հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում համագործակցված աշխատանքի և ուժերի կոնսոլիդացիայի անհրաժեշտությունը:
