Անհնար է Ալիևի ելույթում չնկատել սպառնալիքները Հայաստանի ու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հասցեին․ ԱԳՆ-ի արձագանքը՝ ԱՄՆ պետդեպի հայտարարությանը

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն արձագանքել է ԱՄՆ պետդեպարտամենտի խոսնակի կողմից մայիսի 30-ին արված մամուլի հայտարարությանը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման բանակցությունների վերաբերյալ։
ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Անի Բադալյանը՝ ի պատասխան ԱՄՆ պետդեպի խոսնակի հայտարարության նշել է, որ հայկական կողմը մշտապես ողջունել է ԱՄՆ կողմից գործադրվող ջանքերը Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղության, կայունության և անվտանգության հաստատման գործընթացում:
«Կարծում ենք՝ մեր բոլոր գործընկերների համար ակնհայտ պետք է լինի, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում առանցքային են ինչպես Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի հիման վրա միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականության և սահմանների անխախտելիության ճանաչումը, այնպես էլ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի իրավունքների և անվտանգության հասցեագրումը: Ինչպես ընդգծել ենք ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մայիսի 29-ի հայտարարությամբ, Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչումը չի կարող մեկնաբանվել որպես ԼՂ ժողովրդի դեմ էթնիկ զտումներ և ինքնիրավչություն իրականացնելու իրավասություն:
Անհնար է չնկատել, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի՝ մայիսի 28-ին արված հայտարարությունները ոչ միայն չէին առաջարկում արժանապատիվ լուծումներ վերոնշյալ խնդիրներին, այլև հստակ սպառնալիքներ էին պարունակում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության ու անկախության և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի՝ իրենց հայրենիքում անվտանգ և արժանապատիվ ապրելու իրավունքի նկատմամբ, ինչի մասին հայկական կողմը բազմիցս ահազանգել է։
Կարծում ենք, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները, ելնելով ժողովրդավարության և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության իր իսկ դավանած արժեքներից և տարածաշրջանում երկարատև խաղաղության հաստատմանն ուղղված հանձնառությունից և ներգրավվածությունից, պետք է համարժեք արձագանքի այս հայտարարություններին՝ կանխելու Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության՝ ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ ծավալապաշտական քաղաքականությունը և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում էթնիկ զտումների նկրտումները»,- ասված է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ խոսնակի մեկնաբանության մեջ։
