ՊՆ պաշտոնյան ժամկետային զինծառայողի օգտին գործողություն կատարելու համար ստացել է 605.000 դրամ կաշառք

ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում իրականացված քրեական վարույթով ձեռք բերված ապացույցներով հիմնավորվել է, որ Կ. Ա.-ն, զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության N զորամասի տեխնիկական մասի պետ-հրամանատարի տեղակալի պաշտոնը, նույն զորամասի ժամկետային զինծառայողի օգտին գործողություն կատարելու համար վերջինիս հորից միջնորդների միջոցով ստացել է 605.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք: Այս մասին հայտնել է ՀՀ հակակոռուօցիոն կոմիտեն։
«Մասնավորապես՝ քրեական վարույթով կատարված նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի ժամկետային զինծառայողին նույն զորամասում վարորդի պաշտոնին նշանակելու հարցում աջակցելու համար վերջինիս հայրը՝ Մ. Գ.-ն, 2023 թվականի մարտին Մ. Հ.-ի և Ա. Գ.-ի միջոցով դիմել է հիշյալ զորամասի տեխնիկական մասի պետ-հրամանատարի տեղակալ Կ. Ա.-ին: Վերջինս էլ, իր ծառայողական լիազորություններով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունն օգտագործելով զինծառայողի օգտին գործողություն կատարելու համար, 2023 թվականի մարտի 7-ին միջնորդներից մեկի միջոցով և Ս. Խ.-ի օժանդակությամբ պահանջել է 2.500 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք և նույն օրը իր ենթակային՝ զորամասի ավտոմոբիլային ծառայության պետին հանձնարարել է նշված զինծառայողին ընդգրկել վարորդի հաստիքին նշանակվող անձանց ցուցակում: Մ. Գ.-ն, սակայն, ֆինանսական միջոցների բացակայության պատճառով հրաժարվել է տալ պահանջված կաշառքի գումարը, որից հետո Կ. Ա.-ն պահանջել է 1.500 ԱՄՆ դոլար:
Մ. Գ.-ն, ընդունելով պաշտոնատար անձին կաշառք տալու առաջարկը, Ա. Գ.-ի միջոցով Կ. Ա.-ին է փոխանցել 515.000 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 100.000 ՌԴ ռուբլի և 90.000 ՀՀ դրամ (ընդհանուր՝ 605.000 ՀՀ դրամ):
Կ. Ա.-ին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 435-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, Ս. Խ.-ին՝ 46-435-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ, Մ. Հ.-ին՝ 437-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, Ա. Գ.-ին՝ 437-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, իսկ Մ. Գ.-ին՝ 436-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով:
Կ. Ա.-ի և Ս. Խ.-ի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանքը:
Վերը նշված մեղադրյալների վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Վարույթի նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել են հսկող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
