«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

realtribune.ru-ն «Փաշինյանի դավաճանական դիրքորոշումը սպառնում է Հայաստանի գոյությանը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ պետք չէ զարմանալ, եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և օտարերկրյա կամակատարները շարունակեն ղեկավարել Հայաստանը: Այդ մասին իր Տելեգրամ ալիքում գրում է քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր, ռազմական պատմաբան Արմեն Այվազյանը։ Նա իրավիճակը վերլուծել է ռազմավարական, իրավական և միջազգային իրավական տեսանկյունից։ Մասնավորապես, պատմաբանը նշել է Փաշինյանի փոխբացառող մոտեցումները, ով մի կողմից՝ հայտարարում է, որ Բաքվի ռեժիմը էթնիկ զտումների և ցեղասպանության քաղաքականություն է վարում արցախահայության նկատմամբ, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝ հրաժարվում է այն գաղափարից, որ օգտագործելով Հայաստանի տրամադրության տակ եղած բոլոր միջոցները՝ կանխի այդ ցեղասպանությունը, և փաստացի կոչ է անում հայ ժողովրդին հաշտվել Արցախի կորստի հետ։

Պատմաբանի կարծիքով անկլավները և հատկապես Տիգրանաշենը Բաքվի մինիսուլթանությանը տալու Փաշինյանի դավաճանական դիրքորոշումը սպառնում է ոչ միայն Արցախի, այլ նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գոյությանը։ Դրան հաջորդելու է Սյունիքի կտրումը և նրա սրընթաց ապահայացումը։ Արցախի ճանաչումը Բաքվի մինիսուլթանության կազմում, ըստ Այվազյանի, հակասում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Անկախության հռչակագրին, ՀՀ Սահմանադրությանը, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի 1992 թվականի հուլիսի 8-ի որոշմանը, որտեղ ասվում է. «Ցանկացած միջազգային կամ ներպետական փաստաթուղթ, որում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը նշված կլինի Ադրբեջանի կազմում, անընդունելի է համարվում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար»:

Փաշինյանի՝ ցեղասպանության կանխարգելմանն ուղղված գործողություններ ձեռնարկելուց հրաժարվելը հակասում է նաև Հայաստանի ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորություններին, մասնավորապես «Ցեղասպանության հանցագործությունը կանխելու և պատժելու մասին» կոնվենցիային։ Ինչո՞ւ այդ հարցով Փաշինյանը գոնե ՄԱԿ-ի համապատասխան մարմնին, այսինքն՝ Անվտանգության խորհրդին չի դիմում»,- գրել է Այվազյանը։ Խնդիրը, ըստ Այվազյանի, Փաշինյանի կամ նրան սատարող կուսակցությունն ու խորհրդարանական մեծամասնությունը չէ, այլ Հայաստանի ապապետականացված պետական բյուրոկրատիայի ու վարչապետին հեզորեն ենթարկվող բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները։

«Վաղը Փաշինյանը շատ հանգիստ կվերանվանի Սևանը Գյոքչա, Էջմիածինը՝ Ուչքիլիսա, Վանաձորը՝ Ղարաքիլիսա, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը՝ Չուխուր-Սաադի Հանրապետություն՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ պատերազմով սպառնալով՝ դա պահանջում են Բաքուն և Անկարան, իսկ միջազգային համայնքը չի պատրաստվում պաշտպանել մեզ և տալ անվտանգության երաշխիքներ: ««Ի՞նչ է, պատերազմ եք ուզո՞ւմ, անուղեղներ»,- քմծիծաղով կասի Փաշինյանը: Եվ մի կասկածեք, որ կգա այդ օրը, եթե Փաշինյանն ու օտարերկրյա կամակատարները շարունակեն ղեկավարել Հայաստանը»,- հեգնանքով ասել է Այվազյանը։
