ՄԻՊ-ն ու ԵԽԽՎ պատգամավորը քննարկել են Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակման հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանն ու ԵԽԽՎ իռլանդացի պատգամավոր Փոլ Գավանը քննարկել են Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակման հետևանքով մարդու իրավունքների խախտումներին վերաբերելի հարցեր:
Այսօր՝ մայիսի 31-ին, տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ Պաշտպանը նշել է, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակն Արցախում խոցելի է դարձրել մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը: Անահիտ Մանասյանը հատուկ ընդգծել է, որ ադրբեջանական գործողություններից նաև երեխաներ են տուժում՝ փաստացի զրկվել են կրթություն ստանալու իրենց իրավունքից:
Պաշտպանն անդրադարձել է տիրող հումանիտար ճգնաժամին, ներկայացրել շրջափակման և Ադրբեջանի կողմից անցակետի տեղադրման արդյունքում Արցախահայության խնդիրները:
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ չեն կարողանում հայրենիք վերադառնալ, նաև հակառակ իրավիճակն է, երբ Հայաստանում գտնվող արցախցիներն են բախվում նույն խնդրին: Այդ մասին Պաշտպանի թեժ գծին գրեթե ամեն օր ահազանգեր են ստացվում: Մարդու իրավունքներին վերաբերելի այս և այլ խնդիրների, անվտանգային հարցերի առնչությամբ պարբերաբար զրույց եմ ունենում Արցախի Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանի հետ: Ստեղծված իրավիճակն իրոք ծայրահեղ ծանր է, անհրաժեշտ է հրատապ երաշխավորել մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը», - նշել է Պաշտպանը:
Հանդիպման շրջանակում Պաշտպանն անդրադարձել է նաև Ադրբեջանի հայատյաց քաղաքականությանը, որը դրսևորվում է բոլոր մակարդակներում:
«Մեր ունեցած տվյալնեը հիմնված չեն միայն մեկ աղբյուրից ստացվող տեղեկության վրա: Ամենօրյա մշտադիտարկման են ենթարկվում ադրբեջանական մեդիադաշտն ու սոցիալական հարթակները: Հայերի նկատմամբ ատելության խոսքեր են հնչեցվում բոլոր մակարդակներում, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի և պետական տարբեր բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների մակարդակով»,- ասել է Պաշտպանը:
Հանդիպման շրջանակներում Անահիտ Մանասյանը ներկայացրել է այս ուղղությամբ Պաշտպանի հաստատության գործունեությունն ու փաստերն ամրագրող արտահերթ զեկույցները, անդրադարձել է նաև ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի գործողությունների հետևանքով ՀՀ սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակչության իրավունքների խախտումներին:
