«Հանուն Արցախի փրկության»․ «Համախմբում» շարժումը և Արցախի ԱԺ 3 խմբակցությունները համագործակցելու են

Երևանում և Ստեփանակերտում մայիսի 24-ին ստորագրվել է «Հանուն Արցախի փրկության» համագործակցության հուշագիր «Համախմբում» շարժման, Արցախի Հանրապետության «Արդարություն» կուսակցության, Հայ Հեղափոխական Դաշնակցության Արցախի կառույցի և Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցության միջև։
Oragir.News-ի հետ զրույցում «Համախմբում» շարժման խորհրդի անդամ Աննա Կոստանյանն ասաց, որ տևական ժամանակ շփումներ ուներ Արցախի վերոհիշյալ կուսակցությունների և դրանց խմբակցությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ։
«Քանի որ հիմա Հայաստան-Արցախ հարաբերությունները գործող իշխանությունների գործելաոճի պատճառով գտնվում են փխրուն վիճակում, ինչ-որ առումով նաև փոխգործակցությունը և կապը սկսել է թուլանալ, որոշել ենք պարբերական ոչ ֆորմալ շփումները վերածել քաղաքական համագործակցության։ Համատեղ քննարկումներից հետո՝ համատեղ ուժերով կազմվել է համագործակցության հուշագրի տեքստն ու համաձայնեցվել է շարժման և կուսակցությունների խորհրդի անդամների միջև, որից հետո էլ կնքվել է համագործակցության հուշագիրը։
Համագործակցության հիմնական նպատակը շեշտադրելն է, որ Հայաստանի և Արցախի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերները հաղթահարելու համար պետք է հստակ գիտակցում ունենանք, որ չենք կարող առանձին-առանձին հաղթահարել մարտահրավերները, դրա համար էլ որոշեցինք համագործակցությունը ֆորմալացնել»։
Նա ընդգծեց, որ համագործակցությունը բաց է և ցանկացած կազմակերպություն և քաղաքական ուժ կարող է միանալ այս հուշագրին, իրենց առաջև խնդիր ունենալով Հայաստանի և Արցախի վերջնական կապիտուլյացիան և պետականության անկման կանխումը։ «Մենք հավատարիմ պետք է լինենք ՀՀ ինքնիշխանության և Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը պաշտպանելու հանձնառությանը»։
Անդրադառնալով համատեղ գործողություններին՝ Կոստանյանն ասաց, որ քաղաքական համագործակցությունն իրենից ենթադրելու է հստակ քաղաքական գործողություններ։ «Թե ինչ կոնկրետ գործողություններով դրանք կարտահայտվեն՝ դեռևս գտնվում են քննարկման և համաձայնեցման փուլում։ Առայժմ չակերտները չենք բացի, քանի որ դեռևս քննարկման փուլում են, թե ինչ միջոցներով են դրանք արտահայտվելու՝ առավել առարկայական դրանց մասին առաջիկայում կհայտարարենք։
Առայժմ, ես կոչ եմ անում բոլոր քաղաքական այն միավորներին, կազմակերպություններին, անհատներին, որոնք հանրային ճանաչելիություն ունեն, որոշակի լսարան կամ վստահություն ունեն մեր հասարակության մեջ՝ միանալ այս հուշագրին, մեկտեղելու մեր ջանքերը Հայաստանի և Արցախի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերները հաղթահարելու ուղղությամբ»։
