Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ներդրումը փրկության շանս Արցախի համար

Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար, Արցախի զարգացման և անվտանգության ճակատի համակրգող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն օրերս հայտարարել էր, թե իր ընտանիքը 20 միլիարդ դրամ կներդնի Արցախում կենսական նշանակույթան հարցեր լուծելու համար։

Հատկապես այս պարագայում, երբ շրջափակված Արցախը տնտեսական լրջագույն խնդիրների է բախվում, շրջափակման գրեթե 170 օրերի ընթացքում 300 միլիոն դոլարից ավելի տնտեսական վնաս է կրել, գործազրկությունը և աղքատությունը հասել է աննախադեպ չափերի, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի այս նախաձեռնությունն ավելին քան կարևոր է։

Թեպետ շատերն օբյեկտիվորեն հարց են տալիս, թե որտեղ պետք է իրականացվեն այդ ներդրումները, ինչ ծրագրերում՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ Արցախում փող ներդնելու հնարավորությունները սահմանափակ են։

«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչները մասնավորապես պարզաբանել են, որ այս գումարը փրկություն կլինի Արցախի համար։ Օրինակ՝ այդ գումարով կարող են արևային ջրատաքացուցիչների ծրագիր զարգացնել, ինչն էներգետիկ ճգնաժամի հաղթահարման կարևորագույն քայլերից են, որպեսզի այդ գումարի ներդրումը իրապես արդյունավետ լինի, հարկավոր է գումարները փոխանցել ոչ թե սոցիալական ծրագրերին և որպես նպաստ օգնություն բաժանել արցախցիներին, այլ ստեղծել տնտեսական հնարավորություններ, ներդնել արտադրության մեջ, հետագայում այդ գումարները կարող են լուրջ եկամուտներ բերել և նպաստել արցախի տնտեսության զարգացմանը։ Հատկապես այսօր, երբ Ադրբեջանը փորձում է հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներով կուլ տալ Ղարաբաղը և պարբերաբար հարց բարձրացնում Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին Արցախից հեռացնելու համար:

Նախկին պետնախարարի այս նախաձեռնությունը ոչ միայն չափազանց կարևոր է, այլ նաև առանցքային Արցախի զարգացման համար։
