Երբեմն երկրների կառավարությունները, ձգտելով բարելավել քաղաքացիների իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը, կայացնում են այնքան աբսուրդ օրենսդրական արգելքներ, որ երկրի բնակիչների մոտ, բացի ծիծաղից, այլ էմոցիա չեն կարող առաջացնել, հայտնում է Past.am-ը:
