Երբեմն երկրների կառավարությունները, ձգտելով բարելավել քաղաքացիների իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը, կայացնում են այնքան աբսուրդ օրենսդրական արգելքներ, որ երկրի բնակիչների մոտ, բացի ծիծաղից, այլ էմոցիա չեն կարող առաջացնել, հայտնում է Past.am-ը:

Կապված այն բանի հետ, որ երկրի գիշերային ակումբների մեծ մասը օգտագործվել է, որպես հարթակ մարմնավաճառության համար, որոշվել է պարերն արգելել այդ վայրերում: Այսօրվա դրությամբ կան գիշերային ակումբներ, որ հատուկ լիցենզիա ունեն պարելու համար:
