«Հաղարծին» ռեստորանահյուրանոցային համալիրի մատուցող Ա. Ա-ին ծեծի ենթարկած Դիլիջանի քրեականի պետ Արսեն Ղայթմազյանին կալանավորեցին միայն ու միայն հանրային հրապարակումների պատճառով, իսկ միջադեպի պահին նա ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ չի եղել:
Aravot.am-ի հետ զրուցում ասաց Ղայթմազյանի պաշտպան Վրեժ Ներկարարյանը: Հարցին՝ սթափության վիճակը ստուգելու զննություն անցե՞լ է Ղայթմազյանը, պաշտպանն ասաց՝ ոչ, պարզապես նա պնդում է, որ ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ չի եղել:
«Ինքը չի ասել, որ ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ է եղել»,- ասաց պաշտպանը:
Հարցին՝ ինչն էր Ղայթմազյանին հունից հանել, որ սկսեց ծեծել անչափահաս աշխատակցին, պաշտպանը պատասխանեց.
«Ամեն դեպքում այն չէ, ինչ թերթերով հրապարակվում է: Եթե ողջամտորեն մեկը նայում, կարդում է , չի կարող, չէ՞, նման բան լինել, որ մարդը հյուրանոցի համարի գումար ուզի, ու ինչ-որ մեկը բռնի ծեծի, առնվազն պետք է նորմալ չլինի, հոգեկան խնդիրներ ունենա: Ի՞նչ է նշանակում մարդը հյուրանոցի գումար է ուզել, բռնես, ծեծես նրան: Ճիշտ է այդպես է տարածվում, բայց եթե մարդը նստի ողջամտորեն կարդա, կհասկանա՝ նման բան չի կարող լինել ուղղակի, անհնար է: Ադեկվատ մարդը ո՞նց կարող է նման բան անել:
Այնտեղ այլ պատճառներ կան, որոնց մասին չեմ կարող ասել, որովհետեւ չունեմ իր թույլտվությունը: Որոշակի անձնական հարցեր են եղել, որից էլ որ առաջացել են այդ հարցերը»:
Փաստաբանը նկատեց, որ իր պաշտպանյալն էլ, ինքն էլ այն համոզմանն են, որ մարդ իր կատարածին համարժեք պետք է պատասխանատվություն կրի, բայց.
«Չի կարելի հանրային ճնշմամբ այլ արարքով փորձել ազատությունից զրկել, անչափահասին սարքեն հրեշտակ ու հանրային տիրույթում արդարացնեն»:
