Վերին Լարսի թողունակությունը կավելանա 15-20 տոկոսով. ԵԱԶԲ վարչության փոխնախագահ

«Վերին Լարսի» անցակետի ընդլայնման իրականացումն արդեն առաջին փուլում թույլ կտա 15-20%-ով ավելացնել դրա թողունակությունը։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է ԵԱԶԲ վարչության նախագահի տեղակալ Դենիս Իլյինը, հաղորդում է News.am-ը։
Վերին Լարսի սահմանային անցակետի ընդլայնման տեխնիկատնտեսական հիմնավորման մշակման համար դրամաշնորհ տրամադրելու մտադրության մասին հուշագիր են այսօր ստորագրել Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկը և «Կովկաս.ՌԴ» ԲԸ-ն` Սոչիում կայացած «Եվրասիական կոնգրեսի» շրջանակներում:
«Վերին Լարսը Հյուսիսային և Հարավային Կովկասի ենթատարածաշրջանային նախագիծ է, և մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ առնվազն առաջին փուլը կօգնի 15-20%-ով բարձրացնել թողունակությունը։ Եվ հետագա ընդլայնմամբ արմատապես լուծել այդ գլխացավանքը, որը բավական վաղուց խանգարում է թե՛ մարդկանց երթևեկությանը, թե՛ Հյուսիսկովկասյան դաշնային օկրուգի և թե՛ Հարավային Կովկասի երկրների միջև ապրանքահոսքին»,-նշել է Իլյինը։
«Տեսնում ենք, որ Վերին թողունակությունը չի բավարարում։ Այսինքն՝ դա արդեն ցավոտ հարց է, այն պետք է լուծել։ Նախագիծը պետք է իրականացնել հետագայում զարգացման որոշակի ներուժով»,-ընդգծել է ԵԱԶԲ վարչության փոխնախագահը։
Նախագծի համար միջոցներ են հատկացնում միայն ԵԱԶԲ-ն և «Կովկաս. ՌԴ»-ն, այսօր Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի ֆինանսական ներգրավվածության կարիքը չկա։ Միևնույն ժամանակ Իլյինը կարծում է, որ երբ ենթակառուցվածքը պատրաստ լինի, և հաճախորդները հնարավորություն ունենան տեղում օգտվել դրա առավելություններից, երկրները շահագրգռվածություն կունենան նախագծին մասնակցելու հարցում:
Հայաստանի համար այս երթուղին այսօր միակ ցամաքային երթուղին է, որն ապահովում է առևտրատնտեսական կապերը ԵԱՏՄ մյուս անդամ պետությունների հետ։
