Արցախի ընդդիմադիր ճակատը լուրջ գլխացավանք է դարձել ապիկար իշխանությունների համար

«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատը» լուրջ գլխացավանք է դարձել Արցախի և Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների համար։ Նախօրեին Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հանդիպել է հանրային շարժման նորընտիր խորհրդի հետ, քննարկել են Բերձորի, Լաչինի միջանցքում տեղակայված ադրբեջանական ապօրինի անցակետով քաղաքացիական անձանց երթևեկի հարցը։

Օրեր առաջ «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատը» հայտարարություն էր տարածել՝ դատապարտելով և անընդունելի համարելով Արցախի իշխանությունների կողմից նախապես հայտարարված կարմիր գծերի խախտումը։ Զուգահեռաբար նույն այդ հարցով շարժման խորհուրդը նամակներ է հղել պատասխանատու շրջանակներին, այդ թվում Արայիկ Հարությունյանին՝ հիմնավորելով իր դիրքորոշումը, մանրամասնելով մտահոգությունները, հարցականի տակ դնելով որոշումների կայացման նման ընթացակարգը, փաստելով, որ Արցախի իշխանությունների այս վարքը լեգիտիմացնում է ադրբեջանական ապօրինի անցակետը և հնարավորություն տալիս Ադրբեջանին կլանել Արցախը։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում Արցախի նախագահը ներկայացրել է Արցախի ապագայի վերաբերյալ իր պատկերացումները, անդրադարձել նաև հիշատակված որոշման կայցման դրդապատճառներին։ «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի» խորհրդի անդամները ներկայացրել են իրենց մոտեցումները, շեշտել նաև իշխանությունների կողմից նման գործընթացներում պահանջվող թափանցիկության ու հայտարարված դիրքորոշումների հետևողական պաշտպանության բացակայությունը։

Շարժումը պնդել է իր տեսակետները և վերահաստատել, որ ազատ, անվտանգ, երջանիկ ու հայկական Արցախի համար պայքարում կարմիր գծերը չհատելու դիրքորոշումը հարկավոր է պահել և հետևողական լինել։ Արցախի նախագահը, ըստ էության, այս հանդիպումով փորձել է մեղմել իր դեմ ձևավորվող լրջագույն քաղաքական ընդդիմությունը և շոշափել այժմ Արցախում ամենամեծ քաղաքական ազդեցություն ունեցող շարժման զարկերակը։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի գլխավորած ուժը փաստացի վերջնագիր է ներկայացրել Արցախի նախագահին՝ պահանջելով Հայաստանի դավաճանական վարչախմբի և ալիևյան իշխանության կամակատարը չդառնալ։
