Մայրաքաղաքի փողոցներում այս տարի նկատելիորեն ավելացել են տեղում պատրաստվող և լցոնվող պաղպաղակների սարքերը:
«Արցախպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ձեռներեց Արթուր Սահակյանը պատմել է, որ վերջերս է ձեռք բերել համապատասխան սարքավորումն ու սկսել լցոնվող պաղպաղակի պատրաստումն ու իրացումը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ պաղպաղակ պատրաստելու համար անհրաժեշտ գիտելիքները յուրացրել է համացանցից։
«Հետևողական ենք նաև աանիտարահիգիենիկ նորմերի պահպանման, սարքավորումների ախտահանման հարցերում: Այս պահին ունենք շոկոլադե և վանիլային համերով պաղպաղակներ, բայց նախատեսում ենք տեսականին համալրել նաև մրգային համերով»,- ասել է Ա․ Սահակյանը՝ հավելելով, որ լցոնվող պաղպաղակի պահանջարկը սկզբնական շրջանում բավականին մեծ էր, սակայն ներկայում զգալիորեն նվազել է, քանի որ շուկայում արդեն առկա են նաև այլ տեսակի պաղպաղակներ:
