Մենք հաճախ ենք զարմանում թե ադրբեջան կոչված պետության ձեռքում ոնց են հայտնվում այս կամ այն կարևոր տեղեկությունը, այն էլ փաստաթղթի տեսքով: Հաճախ սկսում ենք ընկնել անձերի հետևից և մեղավորներ ու դավաճաններ փնտրում մեզ մոտ: Բայց մեկ կարևոր փաստի մասին մոռանում ենք, որտեղից էլ կարծում եմ լինում է այդ ինֆորմացիոն արտահոսքը: Հայաստանում գործում են բազմաթիվ միջազգային վարկային կազմակերպություններ, որոնք վարկ են տրամադրում բնակչությանը առաջին հայացքից բավականին անվնաս ու մատչելի պայմաններով:

Օրինակ միջազգային վարկային կազմակերպությունները տրամադրում են վարկ ոչ ավել 200 000 ՀՀ դրամից,առանց գրավի: Բայց, բացի քո անձնական տվյալները տրամադրելիս, պետք է ևս 6-7 հոգի այլ, ոչ ազգակից մարդկանց անձնագրերն ու անձնական տվյալները ներկայացնես, այս մարդիկ իբրև թե երշխավորներ են: Իրականում պահանջվում է լրացնել թե ուր են աշխատում, որքան աշխատավարձ են ստանում, եթե պաշտոնյա են ինչ պաշտոնի են, դրսում ինչ հաչազատներ ունեն, ուժային, բանկային համակարգում աշխատակից հարազատներ ունեն թե ոչ... Սա մի թեթև մակերեսորեն ներկայացրերցի, բայց դուք պատկերացրեք թե ինչ ահռելի ինֆորմացիա են հավաքագրում այնուհետև ,իհարկե փողի դիմաց, տալիս մեր ինֆորմացիայով հետաքրքրված պետություններին; Հայաստանի համար վտանգավոր են միջազգային վարկային կազմակերպությունները թե տնտեսապես, թե ռազմապես...
