Գեւորգ Սաֆարյանի կալանավորման դեմ վերաքննիչ բողոք է ներկայացվել

Իշխանության ներկայացուցիչի նկատմամբ բռնություն կիրառելու մեղադրանքով կալանավորված՝ «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» անդամ Գեւորգ Սաֆարյանի պաշտպան Տիգրան Հայրապետյանը բողոք է ներկայացրել ՀՀ Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարան իր պաշտպանյալի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց ընտրված կալանքի որոշման դեմ։
«Մյուս շաբաթ գործը վարույթ ընդունելու մասին որոշում կկայացվի, գործը առաջին ատյանից պետք է գնա Վերաքննիչ, որից հետո Վերաքննիչ դատարանը որոշում կկայացնի վարույթ ընդունելու մասին»,- այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 10-ին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Տիգրան Հայրապետյանը։
Պաշտպանը տեղեկացրեց, որ իրեն չի հաջողվել «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում տեսակցել Գեւորգ Սաֆարյանին էլեկտրամատակարարման բացակայության պատճառով։
Տիգրան Հայրապետյանը նշեց, որ իր եւ իր պաշտպանյալի հանդիպումը նախատեսվում է վաղը՝ հունվարի 11-ին։
Նշենք, որ հունվարի 8-ին, Երեւանի Ազատության հրապարակում օրեր առաջ տեղի ունեցած հանցագործության մասին հաղորդումներ է ներկայացրել Հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն եւ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն:
NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում պաշտպանը նշել էր, որ հաղորդումները վերաբերում են Գեւորգ Սաֆարյանի կալանավորմանը եւ դեկտեմբերի 31-ի գիշերը Ազատության հրապարակում իրականացված ակցիայի մասնակիցների նկատմամբ բռնություններ կիրառելուն:
ՀՔԾ-ում հաղորդման հիման վրա նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում, տուժողների նկատմամբ նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։
Ավելի վաղ փաստաբանը մեզ հետ զրույցում ասել էր, որ Գեւորգ Սաֆարյանը ուզում է առանձին խուց տեղափոխվել, քանի որ ընդհանուր խցում վախենում է բռնության ենթարկվելուց, պահանջը կատարվել է:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Գեւորգ Սաֆարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՔՕ 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելը: Ըստ իրավապահ մարմինների` Գեւորգ Սաֆարյանը բռնություն է գործադրել Ոստիկանության 4-րդ հատուկ գումարտակի հրամանատար, ոստիկանության կապիտան Գեղամ Խաչատրյանի նկատմամբ: Երեւանի Ազատության հրապարակում Ամանորի գիշերը ընդդիմադիր «Նոր Հայաստանի» անդամների եւ ոստիկանների միջեւ բախումներ էին տեղի ունեցել: Պատճառը տոնածառի հագուստով մայրաքաղաքի փողոցներում շրջող ակտիվիստն էր: Երեք անձ բերման էր ենթարկել, այդ թվում՝ Գեւորգ Սաֆարյանը:
