ԶՈւ մայորի և փոխգնդապետի անփութության հետևանքով «Հին Թաղեր» տեղամասում հակառակորդը տիրացել է մարտական դիրքերի տեղակայման քարտեզին և շրջափակել մարտական դիրքը

2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունից հետո, ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի 1-ին հրաձգային գումարտակի 120 հոգանոց անձնակազմը՝ փոխգնդապետ Ջ.Մ.-ի հրամանատարությամբ, 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 26-ից անցել է Պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատարի անմիջական ենթակայության ներքո և մարտական հերթապահության ընդգրկվել «Հին Թաղեր» տեղամասի արևելյան սահմանի 12 մարտական դիրքերում՝ ստանձնելով մարտական հերթապահություն։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ դատախազությունից։
2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 15-ին հարուցված քրեական գործից (քրեական վարույթ) 2023 թվականի մայիսի 26-ին առանձնացված քրեական վարույթով հիմնավորվել է, որ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 11-ին՝ ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում, Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ զինծառայողները, խախտելով հրադադարի ռեժիմը, գրոհ են ձեռնարկել նշված ստորաբաժանման պահպանության տեղամասի N մարտական դիրքի վրա, որտեղ մարտական հերթապահության էր ընդգրկված նաև նույն ստորաբաժանման շտաբի պետ, մայոր Վ.Ղ.-ն։ 40 րոպե տևած մարտական գործողությունների արդյունքում, մայոր Վ.Ղ.-ի հրամանով և ղեկավարությամբ, անձնակազմը հարկադրաբար նահանջել է, ինչի հետևանքով մարտական դիրքն անցել է հակառակորդի վերահսկողության տակ։ Մայոր Վ.Ղ.-ն, պատասխանատվություն կրելով ծառայողական գաղտնիք պարունակող փաստաթղթերի պահպանման համար, նահանջի ժամանակ միջոցներ չի ձեռնարկել գումարտակի մարտական դիրքերի տեղակայման քարտեզը դուրս բերելու ուղղությամբ, ինչի արդյունքում հակառակորդը տիրացել է այդ քարտեզին և տեղեկացել «Հին Թաղեր» տեղամասի արևելյան հատվածի բոլոր դիրքերի տեղակայման վայրերի կոորդինատներին և ուրվագծերին:
