«Վարորդն իրականացրել է ընթացքի ոչ պատշաճ և վտանգավոր կառավարում»․ ՔԿ-ն՝ Սյունիքում ավտոբուսը գետն ընկնելու դեպքի մասին

Ավարտվել է միջնակարգ դպրոցի աշակերտներին, ուսուցչական և վարչական անձնակազմին Կապան քաղաք տեղափոխող ավտոբուսի՝ Աճանան գետն ընկնելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը:
ՔԿ-ից հայտնում են, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալներով հիմնավորվել է, որ 2023թ. մարտի 10-ին՝ ժամը 14:20-ին, 75-ամյա տղամարդը, վարելով իրեն ամրակցված «Պազ 3206-110» մակնիշի ավտոբուսը, ուղևորվելով Կապան համայնքի Ուխտավայր բնակավայրից, նշված բնակավայրի դպրոցի աշակերտներին և ուսուցչական կոլեկտիվի անդամներին դեպի Կապան քաղաք տեղափոխելիս, ունենալով տեխնիկական հնարավորություն, համարժեք միջոցներ չի ձեռնարկել երթևեկության անվտանգությունն ապահովելու, վթարային իրադրություն չստեղծելու և ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարի առաջացումը բացառելու նպատակով։
Ուշադիր չհետևելով առջևում տիրող ճանապարհատրանսպորտային իրադրության զարգացմանը, չընտրելով երթևեկության համապատասխան անվտանգ ու սահուն ռեժիմ, վարորդն իրականացրել է իր վարած տրանսպորտային միջոցի ընթացքի ոչ պատշաճ և վտանգավոր կառավարում՝ ստեղծելով վթարային իրադրություն:
Արդյունքում, ավտոբուսը դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի սահմաններից և Առաջաձոր բնակավայրի կամրջի մոտ գլխիվայր ընկել Աճանան գետը։ Դրա հետևանքով ավտոբուսում գտնվող անձանցից մեկը՝ ուսուցչուհին, ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից մահացել է, իսկ մնացած 22 ուղևորներն ստացել են տարբեր աստիճանների մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարի հետևանքով վարորդի առողջությանը ևս պատճառվել է միջին ծանրության վնաս:
Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի միջնորդության հիման վրա 75-ամյա տղամարդու նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում, և նրան մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 342-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Որպես խափանման միջոց վերջինիս նկատմամբ կիրառվել է բացակայելու արգելքը:
Քրեական վարույթի նյութերը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել են հսկող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
