Ադրբեջանը խուսափում է ճշգրիտ քարտեզներից. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
iarex.ru-ն «Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան. 1975 թվականի քարտեզը՝ որպես կռվախնձոր» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ հայկական լրատվամիջոցներում քննարկում է սկսվել, թե ինչո՞ւ Բաքուն չի շտապում համաձայնել սահմանազատմանը 1975 թվականի ամենաօպտիմալ ու ճշգրիտ քարտեզով։ Փաստն այն է, որ հունիսի 1-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Քիշնևում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ հանդիպումից հետո, մասնավորապես, հայտարարել է, որ Երևանն ու Բաքուն իբր նախապես պայմանավորվել են սահմանազատում իրականացնել՝ հիմք ընդունելով 1975 թվականի քարտեզները, որոնց պատճենները գտնվում են միայն Ռուսաստանի Գլխավոր շտաբում:
Նույն միտքը հունիսի 4-ին կրկնել է անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը։ Հաջորդ օրը՝ հունիսի 5-ին, Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարը պարզաբանել է, որ 1975 թվականի քարտեզի հիման վրա սահմանազատման շուրջ պայմանավորվածություններ ձեռք չեն բերվել։ Նրա խոսքով, Ադրբեջանը մինչ այժմ բանակցություններ է վարում «ոչ թե հատուկ ընտրված քարտեզի, այլ իրավական նշանակություն ունեցող բոլոր փաստաթղթերի վերլուծության և դիտարկման հիման վրա»։ Այստեղ ինտրիգն այն է, որ Հայաստանը պետական մակարդակով (չնայած առայժմ միայն խոսքով) հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչման մասին, մինչդեռ Բաքուն մինչ այժմ ձեռնպահ է մնացել Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչման վերաբերյալ նույն հրապարակային հայտարարություններից, այն է՝ 29,8 հազար քկմ-ի սահմաններում Հայաստանի ճանաչմանը: Բացի դա:
Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ է Երևանը պնդում կոնկրետ այդ քարտեզի վրա, Հայաստանի ազգային արխիվի նախկին տնօրեն Ամատունի Վիրաբյանը Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում ասել է, որ այդ քարտեզն ունի ամենամեծ մասշտաբը՝ 1:100000-ի։ Այսինքն, քարտեզի վրա 1 սմ-ը հավասար է 1 կմ-ի։ Դա այդ մասշտաբի և նման ճշգրտության միակ քարտեզն է։ Նրա խոսքով, այն, որ ադրբեջանցիները չեն ցանկանում սահմանազատել այդ քարտեզի հիման վրա, խոսում է մեկ բանի մասին. «Նրանք չեն ցանկանում նահանջել 2021 թվականի մայիսին ներխուժած և 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերյան պատերազմի ժամանակ գրավված տարածքներից»։ Խոսքը Գեղարքունիքի Կութ, Վերին Շորժա գյուղերի, Ջերմուկի (Վայոց ձոր) մերձակա ընդարձակ տարածքների, ինչպես նաև Սյունիքի Իշխանասար և Ներքին Հանդ գյուղերի տարածքների մասին է։ 1975 թվականի քարտեզի համաձայն, սահմանազատման դեպքում Ադրբեջանը ստիպված կլինի դուրս գալ այդ օկուպացված տարածքներից։
