Նախկին կնոջը քաշելով տարել է Զովունիի կապի աշտարակի մոտ, սպանել նրան և ինքնասպան եղել․ դեպքով վարույթը կարճվել է․ News.am

2022թ․ մարտի 11-ին Կոտայքի մարզի Զովունի համայնքում 46-ամյա տղամարդու կողմից իրեն և նախկին կնոջը նռնակով պայթեցնելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթը կարճվել է։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնեցին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից։
Նշենք, որ դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ սպանության, ինչպես նաև զենք-զինամթերք ապօրինի ձեռք բերելու և պահելու հատկանիշներով:
Նախաքննություն իրականացնող քննիչը գործով վարույթը կարճելու որոշում է կայացրել դեպքից երկուսուկես ամիս անց՝ 2022թ․ մայիսի 31-ին՝ Արտակ Դանիելյանի մահվան հիմքով։
«Քրեական գործով նախաքննությամբ պարզվել են դեպքի բոլոր հնարավոր հանգամանքները, մասնավորապես ձեռք բերված ապացույցների բավարար համակցությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ Արտակ Դանիելյանը, նախապես ծրագրելով ապօրինաբար, դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկել նախկին կնոջը՝ Նելլի Ներսեսյանին, այդ նպատակով չպարզված հանգամանքներում ձեռք է բերել ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող նռնակ և 2022թ․ մարտի 11-ին հետապնդելով կնոջը, նրան քաշել և տարել է Զովունի համայնքի 7-րդ փողոցի վրա գտնվող կապի աշտարակի հարող տարածք, որտեղ շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով, այն է՝ նռնակի գործադրմամբ պայթեցնելու միջոցով սպանել է նրան և ինքնասպան եղել»,-ասված է մեզ ուղարկված պատասխանում։
Նշենք, որ մահացածները 4 երեխա ունեն, երկուսն՝ անչափահաս: Դեպքից հետո հարազատները NEWS.am-ին հայտնել էին, որ նախկին ամուսինը շարունակաբար սպառնացել է կնոջը, վերջինս մի քանի անգամ դիմել է ոստիկանություն։ Նելլին դեպքից առաջ դիմել էր նաև Կանանց աջակցման կենտրոն, խոսել մասնագետների հետ, սակայն հրաժարվել էր տեղափոխվել և որոշ ժամանակ ապրել բռնության ենթարկված կանանց համար նախատեսված ապաստարանում՝ երեխաներին կրթությունից չզրկելու պատճառաբանությամբ։ Այս կապակցությամբ NEWS.am-ը հետաքրքրվել էր՝ արդյոք քննությամբ գնահատական տրվե՞լ է պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից իրենց պարտականությունները չկատարելու կամ ոչ պատշաճ կատարելու, մասնավորապես Նելլի Ն․-ի կողմից նախկինում ամուսնու կատարած հանցագործությունների մասին հաղորդումներին ընթացք չտալու և այլ ենթադրյալ արարքներին։
