Երասխում 5 ամիս առաջ տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական վթարի գործով փորձաքննությունների եզրակացությունները դեռ չկան

Արարատի մարզում օգոստոսի 13-ին իրանցի վարորդի մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական վթարի գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

NEWS.am-ին Քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից հայտնեցին, որ  քրեական գործով նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքների պարզաբանման համար նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ, որոնց եզրակացությունները դեռեւս չեն ստացվել:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ «ՄԱԿ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան բախվել է միանգամից երեք մեքենայի, իսկ դրա՝ վառելիքով լի կցորդ ցիստեռնը պոկվելով հարվածել էր ճանապարհի ձախ եզրին գտնվող երկու այլ մեքենայի:

Ավտոմեքենաներից մեկի վարորդը՝ Վ. Արզումանյանը տեղում մահացել էր, իսկ 8 քաղաքացի տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր հիվանդանոց: ՃՏՊ-ի հետեւանքով հիվանդանոց էր տեղափոխվել նաեւ «ՄԱԿ» մակնիշի մեքենայի վարորդը, որն Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության քաղաքացի է:

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, նույն օրը մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել ԻԻՀ քաղաքացուն Քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, իսկ խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ 2015թ. օգոստոսի 13-ին Արարատի մարզի Երասխ գյուղում տեղի էր ունեցել ավտովթար՝ հրդեհի բռնկումով. պարսկական համարանիշներով բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը Երեւան-Մեղրի ավտոճանապարհի 66-րդ կմ հատվածում` Երասխի «կալցեւոյի» մոտ, բախվել էր 7 ավտոմեքենայի: Վթարի հետեւանքով կա 1 զոհ եւ 9 վիրավոր:
