Ոչ մի երկիր այնքան չի անում, որքան մերը՝ Հայաստանի և իր հարևանի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագրի հասնելու համար. նման հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Կատրոն Կոլոննան՝ երկրի խորհրդարանում ելույթի ժամանակ: Օրենսդիրներից մեկը նրան հարց է հղել Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի՝ արդեն մի քանի ամիս շարունակվող շրջափակման վերաբերյալ՝ կոչ անելով գործել ու քայլ ձեռնարկել ընդդեմ Բաքվի:
«Մենք Հայաստանի կողքին ենք՝ դեպի արդար խաղաղություն շարժվելու ճանապարհին: Ֆրանսիան դա ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց տվեց, երբ Հանրապետության նախագահը հունիսի 1-ին Քիշնևում Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում հանդիպեց Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին՝ կանցլեր Շոլցի և Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահի ներկայությամբ։ Հուլիսի 21-ին Բրյուսելում կկայանա նոր հանդիպում։ Մենք ողջունում ենք նաև մեր ամերիկացի գործընկերների միջնորդական ջանքերը, որոնց հետ սերտ համակարգման մեջ ենք:
Մենք նաև Հայաստանի կողքին ենք, երբ խոսքը վերաբերում է տեղում լարվածության թուլացմանը։ Մենք դա ցույց տվեցինք, երբ ապրիլի վերջին, երկու առաջնորդներին խաղաղության համաձայնագրի կնքմանը խրախուսելու նպատակով, ես այցելեցի Հայաստան և Ադրբեջան, ներառյալ սահմանը՝ Եվրամիության մոնիտորինգային մարմնի առաքելության հետ, որին իր գոյության համար մեծամասամբ պարտական է մեր երկրին, և այն շատ օգտակար դեր է խաղում լարվածությունը թուլացնելու գործում։
Ի վերջո, մենք Հայաստանի կողքին ենք՝ նրան տրամադրելու մարդասիրական օգնություն։ Ավելին, այդ հարցը բարձրացվել է Քիշնևի գագաթնաժողովում, ինչպես, իհարկե, Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակման հետևանքները: Արգելափակումն անօրինական է, ինչպես նշել է Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանը, որն անցյալ տարվա փետրվարի 22-ին Ադրբեջանին պարտավորեցրել էր դադարեցնել այն։ Մենք կոչ ենք անում Ադրբեջանին կատարել այս որոշումը։ Տեսնում եք ՝ մենք Հայաստանի և հայերի կողքին ենք», - ասել է Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳ նախարարը, ինչին ի պատասխան օրենսդիրենրը ծափահարել են:
