Ակբան՝ կորպորատիվ արժեթղթերի շուկայում լավագույն հաշվետու թողարկող բանկ

Ակբա բանկը Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի և Կենտրոնական դեպոզիտարիայի կողմից իրականացվող AMX ամենամյա մրցանակաբաշխության շրջանակում ճանաչվել է «Լավագույն հաշվետու թողարկող կորպորատիվ արժեթղթերի շուկայում շրջանառվող բաժնետոմսերի մասով» անվանակարգի հաղթող։
Բանկն այս անվանակարգի հաղթող է ճանաչվել 2022 թվականի արժեթղթերի շուկայի տվյալների ամփոփման արդյունքում. 2022թ. ընթացքում բաժնետոմսերով ընդհանուր բորսայական գործարքների ավելի քան 99 տոկոսը կատարվել է Ակբա բանկի բաժնետոմսերով։
Մրցանակաբաշխության շրջանակում Ակբա բանկը ճանաչվել է նաև «Կորպորատիվ արժեթղթերի շուկայում դեպոզիտար համակարգի լավագույն հաշվի օպերատոր-պահառու» անվանակարգի հաղթող։
2021-ին Ակբա բանկը հաջողությամբ իրականացրել է 500,000 հատ բաժնետոմսի հրապարակային տեղաբաշխում (IPO)՝ ընդհանուր 7,5 միլիարդ դրամ ծավալով, որից հետո բանկի բաժնետոմսերն ընդգրկվեցին Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի ամենակարևոր՝ A հարթակում։
Ակբա բանկի բաժնետոմսեր հնարավոր է ձեռք բերել բրոքերային ծառայությունների, ինչպես նաև acba digital հավելվածի միջոցով․ այն առաջինն է Հայաստանում, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս ձեռք բերել նաև Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում ցուցակված բոլոր արժեթղթերը։
