Հումանիտար հարցերն Ադրբեջանի օգտագործվում է գործիք Արցախի ժողովրդի էթնիկ զտման համար․ ԱՀ ՄԻՊ
SOCIETYԱրդեն երկրորդ օրն է Ադրբեջանի կողմից արգելափակվել է դեպի Արցախ բոլոր տեսակի հումանիտար փոխադրումները, որոնք շրջափակման ընթացքում իրականացվում էին Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի եւ Ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի ներկայացուցիչների ուղեկցությամբ։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է Արցախի ՄԻՊ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը։
«Դեպի Արցախ հումանիտար բեռների փոխադրման արգելափակումը ավելի է խորացնում շրջափակման հետեւանքով Արցախում ստեղծված հումանիտար ճգնաժամային իրավիճակը։ Վեց ամիս շարունակվող շրջափակման հետեւանքով ստեղծված պարենային առանց այն էլ սուղ իրավիճակը հումանիտար փոխադրումների արգելափակման հետեւանքով գոյաբանական սպառնալիքներ է ստեղծում Արցախի 120 000 բնակչության, այդ թվում 30 000 երեխաների, 20 000 տարեց եւ 9000 հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց համար։
Միջանցքի ամբողջական արգելափակման հետեւանքով չի իրականացվել 102 բուժառուների եւ նրանց ուղեկցող անձանց նախապես պլանավորված տեղափոխությունը Արցախից ՀՀ եւ հակառակ ուղղությամբ։ Ամբողջությամբ դադարեցվել է նաեւ անհրաժեշտ դեղորայքի մատակարարումները՝ լրջագույն խնդիրներ հարուցելով քաղաքացիների եւ Արցախի բուժհաստատությունների համար։
Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի ամբողջական շրջափակումը, հումանիտար փոխադրումների արգելափակումը, կենսական նշանակության ենթակառուցվածքների բնականոն գործունեության դիտավորյալ եւ տեւական խափանումը ցուցիչ է այն բանի, որ անգամ հումանիտար բնույթի հարցերը Ադրբեջանի կողմից օգտագործվում են Արցախի ժողովրդի նկատմամբ ճնշումներ գործադրելու, ահաբեկելու, տարբեր պահանջներ առաջ մղելու համար։
Հումանիտար բնույթի հարցերն Ադրբեջանի կողմից օգտագործվում են որպես գործիք Արցախի ժողովրդի նկատմամբ վարվող էթնիկ ատելության եւ էթնիկ զտման քաղաքականության առաջ մղման համար»,- գրել է նա։
