Արմավիրի մարզի Մարգարա գյուղի նախկին մաքսատան շենքը շահագործման ենթակա չէ։ Տեղեկությունը Sputnik Արմենիային հայտնել են ՀՀ պետեկամուտների կոմիտեից` պատասխանելով մեր գրավոր հարցմանը։
«2023 թվականի ապրիլի 14-ին սկսվել և շարունակվում են «Մարգարա» մաքսային կետի կառուցման աշխատանքները։ Գոյություն ունեցող շենքերը և շինությունները շահագործման համար ոչ պիտանի և վթարային վիճակում գտնվելու պատճառով չեն օգտագործվելու»,-ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Նախագծով նախատեսվում է դրանց կից հատվածում կառուցել մաքսատան վարչական և սպասարկման նոր մասնաշենք, ինչպես նաև օժանդակ շինություններ։
Հարցին, թե երբ է նախատեսվում բացել Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի սահմանը երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար, ՊԵԿ-ից չեն պատասխանել։
ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունից էլ մեր հարցմանը պատասխանել են, որ Մարգարա տանող ճանապարհի վերանորոգման ծրագրի շրջանակում 2023-2024 թվականներին նախատեսվում են մի շարք աշխատանքներ, սակայն դա կապված է ոչ թե սահմանի հնարավոր բացման հետ, այլ արվում է ճանապարհների անցանելիությունն ու անվտանգությունն ապահովելու նկատառումներով:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2023 թվականի գարնանը Մարգարա գյուղի անցակետի տարածքը փոխանցվել է ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի տնօրինությանը։
Մայիսի վերջին կոմիտեն «Մարգարա» մաքսակետի կառուցման նպատակով նախագծանախահաշվային աշխատանքների նախապատրաստման վերաբերյալ պայմանագիր է կնքել «Արբակ և որդիներ» ՍՊԸ-ի հետ։
Նախագծով նախատեսվում է կառուցել մեկհարկանի սպասարկման սրահ, երկու տաղավար բեռների ձևակերպման համար, երկու տաղավար հերթապահ հերթափոխի հանգստի համար, մաքսային զննման միահարկ մասնաշենք, ավտոկայանատեղիներ, հարթակներ, ներքին ճանապարհներ, երկու հսկիչ-անցագրային կետ և միահարկ պահեստ:
