«Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» գործակալության համահիմնադիր, Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
Ակնհայտ է, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի նկատմամբ ահագնացող ճնշումը Արցախում մեր ապրելու կամքը կոտրելու ու մեզ հոգեբանորեն ոչնչացնելու նպատակ է հետապնդում: Բնակչության շրջանում ընկճվածության, հուսահատության տարածումն հենց այն է, ինչին ձգտում է հասնել Ադրբեջանը:
Դրա դեմ պայքարելու լավագույն միջոցն աշխատանքն է, որը փակում է հուսահատության ճամփան ու խափանում հակառակորդի պլանները: Դրա համար մեր՝ We Are Our Mountains գործակալությունը շարունակելու է իրականացնել իր բոլոր ծրագրերը:
Այսօր ես ուզում եմ խոսել արցախցի երիտասարդների համար երկու կարևոր կրթական ծրագրի մասին. «Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» տարածքային զարգացման գործակալության և «Nation in Action» կազմակերպության նախաձեռնությամբ՝ արցախցի 30 երիտասարդ այս տարի առաջին անգամ մասնակցելու է CaseKey բիզնես խնդիրների լուծման մրցույթին: Նոյեմբերին կայանալիք մրցույթին արցախցի երիտասարդներին նախապատրաստելու համար՝ Հայաստանի առաջատար մասնագետները նրանց հետ վեցամսյա առցանց դասընթաց են անցկացնում՝ միջազգային բիզնես քեյսերի արդյունավետ լուծումների վերաբերյալ գիտելիքներ փոխանցելու նպատակով: Այսօրվա իրավիճակը պահանջում է ոչ ստանդարտ լուծումներ, այդ թվում՝ տնտեսության մեջ, բիզնես ոլորտում, և ես ու իմ գործընկերները հավատացած ենք, որ նման ծրագրերի միջոցով կկարողանանք ամուր հիմք ստեղծել նոր մարտահրավերներին դիմագրավելու համար:
Արդեն մեկնարկել է նաև Matena International School of Leadership and Professional Development -ի Արցախում իրականացվող չորրորդ ծրագրի ընդունելությունը՝ նախատեսված Արցախի հանրային և մասնավոր ոլորտներում գործող առաջնորդների համար: Այն երիտասարդները, որոնք ցանկանում են զարգացնել իրենց մասնագիտական հմտությունները, կարող են ծրագրում ընդգրկվելու համար դիմել մինչև հուլիսի 12-ը:
