ԱԺ «Հայաստան» և «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունները համատեղ հայտարարություն են տարածել․

«2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող ԱԺ քննիչ հանձնաժողովի հունիսի 20-ի նիստում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ նախապես ազդարարված մասնակցության եւ հրապարակային ցուցմունք տալու նախաձեռնության առիթով, վերաշարադրելով ընդդիմության նախկինում հրապարակած դիրքորոշման փաստարկները, վերահաստատում ենք.

1. Քննիչ հանձնաժողովի ձեւավորումն ինքնին իշխանական մեծամասնության կողմից չի կարող ապահովել անաչառություն, համապարփակություն, քանի որ իշխող ուժի՝ ճնշող մեծամասնություն ունեցող հանձնաժողովն ի զորու չէ առարկայական քննել սեփական իշխանության, կառավարության գործունեությունը։

2. Քննիչ հանձնաժողովները ձեւավորվում եւ ձեւավորվել են կամ ընդդիմության, կամ խնդրո առարկա հարցի շուրջ շահերի բախում չունեցող ուժի կողմից, ինչպես եղավ Ապրիլյան քառօրյայի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրելու պարագայում։ Իշխանությունը քննություն անցկացնելու համար ունի վարչական, իրավական, դատական բոլոր գործիքներն ու հնարավորությունները։

3. Համապարփակ, ամբողջական եւ հանրային վստահություն ունեցող, Ազգային ժողովից դուրս, համախոհությամբ եւ համաչափությամբ հանձնաժողով ձեւավորելու համար ընդդիմությունը հադես էր եկել նոր որակի եւ կառուցվածքի քննիչ հանձնաժողով ձեւավորելու նպատակով օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությամբ, որն էլ մերժվեց իշխանությունների կողմից։

4. Նախապես հայտարարված Փաշինյանի հրապարակային, ուղիղ եթերում ցուցմունք տալու նախաձեռնությունը, որեւէ կերպ չի նպաստելու 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրելուն, քանի որ հրապարակային վկայությունների պարագայում, անհնար է լինելու պետական, ռազմական, դիվանագիտական գաղտնի տեղեկությունների հրապարակումը, կամ դրանց շուրջ հարցադրումների ներկայացումը։

5. Փաշինյանի հրապարակային ցուցմունք տալու նախաձեռնությունը, շտապողականությունը պայմանավորված է քաղաքական շահարկումների նպատակով ձեւավորված եւ ժամկետները երկարաձգած քննիչ հանձնաժողովի գործունեության ժամկետի ավարտով եւ ծառայելու է իշխանությանը, քաղաքական մեծամասնությանն ու անձամբ Փաշինյանի վրայից քաղաքական պատասխանատվությունը հեռացնելու նպատակին։

6. Մեկ հարցաքննվողի համար բացառություն անելու դեպքում քննիչ հանձնաժողովը հավասարության համար պարտավոր է հրապարակել բոլոր հարցաքննության ենթարկվածների ցուցմունքներն ու պատասխանները։ Հակառակ պարագայում ստեղծվում են անհավասար պայմաններ եւ քննիչ հանձնաժողովը լինելու է Փաշինյանի քաղաքական թիրախավորումների, «մեղավորներ»  նշանակելու հարթակ։

Առ այդ, այս եւ նախկինում հրապարակված մեր հիմնավորումների, ինչպես նաեւ նախկինում քննիչ հանձնաժողովի նիստերին պատգամավորների կողմից հարցեր տալու ծավալների սահմանափակումների, իշխանության եւ անձամբ Փաշինյանի կողմից հետեւողականորեն իր վրայից պատասխանատվությունը գցելու, պարբերաբար տարատեսակ մեղավորներ կարգելու գործելաոճը հաշվի առնելով, ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորները չեն մասնակցի այդ շոուին»։
