Պուտինին ուղիղ հարցրի՝ ի՞նչ պետք է անեմ, որ կրակը դադարեցվի, ասաց՝ 5 շրջանները պետք է տալ․ Փաշինյան

Ինչո՞ւ նոյոմբերի 9-ին ստորագրեցի եռակողմ հայտարությունը և ինչո՞ւ պատերազմը կանգ առավ հենց այդ օրը։ Այս հարցի պատասխանով էլ Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմի քննիչ հանձնաժողովի նիստին իր ելույթը սկսեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Վարչապետի պարզաբանմամբ՝ այս հարցում շրջադարձային դեր խաղաց Շուշիի անկման գործընթացը։ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ Շուշիի կորստից հետո հարվածի տակ էր հայտնվելու Ստեփանակերտը, անխսուափելիորեն պիտի ուժեղանար ճնշումը ԼՂ Մարտունու շրջանի վրա, և մեր 25,000 զինվոր կհայտնվեին շրջափակման մեջ ընկնելու վտանգի տակ:
«2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությունը պատերազմը կանգնեցնելու մեր արդեն հինգերորդ փորձն էր։ Պատերազմը դադարեցելու մեկ փորձել էր հոկտեմբերի 7-ին տեղի ունեցել, երբ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի ծննդյան տարեդարձը շնորհավորելու համար զանգահարել էի։ Նա ասաց, որ պատրաստ է միջնորդի դեր ստանձնել կրակի դադար հաստատելու համար։ Նույն օրը տեղի ունեցավ իմ երկրորդ հեռախոսազանգը Պուտինի հետ, վերջինս տեղեկացրեց, որ խոսել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ, սակայն, Ալիևն ասել է, որ պատրաստ չէ գնալ կրակի դադարեցմանը»,- պատմեց նա։
Փաշինյանի ներկայացմաբ՝ հաջորդ օրը ՌԴ նախագահն իրեն տեղեկացնում է, որ Ալիևը կրակի դադարեցման համար նախապայման ունի․ ակնկալում է, որ առանց մարտի իրենց կհանձնի Ֆիզուլին և հայկական ուժերն Արաքսի երկայնքով կնահանջեն մինչև Խուդաֆերինի ջրամբար՝ այն թողնելով Ադրբեջանի վերահսկության տակ։ Այս նախապայմաններն էլ Հայաստանի համար ընդունելի չեն եղել։
Ըստ նրա՝ հայկական կողմի ըմբռնումն այն էր, որ կրակը պետք է դադարեցվի առանց նախապայմանների, իսկ կողմերը պետք է մնան այդ պահին իրենց զբաղեցրած դիրքերում, դրանից հետո քննարկվի, թե որոնք են այդ կոմպրոմիսները։
Բացի այդ, Ալիևը ցանկացել էր հետ ստանալ Հայստանում մարդասպանության համար պատիժ կրող Գուլիևին և Ասկերովին, ինքը ևս պատրաստակամություն էր հայտնել գերիներ վերադարձնել։
Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ այս ամենի դիմաց Ադրբեջանը ոչ թե կրակը դադարեցնում էր, այլ՝ հումանիտար հրադադար էր հաստատվում։
Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ մյուս հեռախոսազրույցի ժամանակ Պուտինը կարծիք է հայտնել, որ կարելի է հանձնել հինգ շրջանները, իհարկե, առանց Արցախի կարգավիճակի հստակեցման։
Նշենք, որ խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը բոյկոտել է քննիչ հանձնաժողովի նիստը, քանի որ այն համարում է «շոու»։
