Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնից հայտնում են, հաշվի առնելով սեզոնային գործոնով պայմանավորված առանձնահատկությունները՝ ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի կողմից հանրապետության իրացման ցանցերում անցկացվել է երկրում արտադրվող և ներմուծվող պաղպաղակ արտադրատեսակի դիտարկում և հսկիչ գնում:

Վերահսկողության ընթացքում արձանագրվել են այդ արտադրատեսակի համար սահմանված իրավական նորմերի խախտումներ: Մասնավորապես՝ հայտնաբերվել են մակնշման անհամապատասխանություններ՝ 

  • «Գրանդ Քենդի» ՍՊԸ արտադրության «Classic» պաղպաղակի մակնշվածքում բացակայում է ռուսերեն մակնշումը,
  • «Դելիկասա» ՍՊԸ կողմից ներմուծվող Չիստայա լինյա «ICL Gravity» պաղպաղակը չունի հայերեն մակնշում, «Շոկոլադային Պաղպաղակ Պլոմբիր»-ի վրա բացակայում է պահպանման ժամկետը,
  • «Թամարա» ՍՊԸ արտադրության «Rockn Roll», «bubble GUM», «СССР», «Magic Cone, «Ալիք» պաղպաղակների փաթեթավորման վրա անընթեռնելի է արտադրման օրը, ամիսը, տարին, «Պաղպաղակ կոն շոկոլադե» տեսակի պատրաստման ամսաթիվը դրոշմված է սննդամթերքի բաղադրության վրա, որի պատճառով անընթեռնելի է և՛ պատրաստման օրը, և՛ բաղադրությունը,
  • «Դուստր Մարիաննա» ՍՊԸ արտադրության «ԲՈՆՄԱՐԻ»  վանիլային վաֆլե գլանակների մեջ» պաղպաղակում արտադրման ժամկետի մակնշումն ընթեռնելի չէ, 
  • «ԻԳԻԹ» ՍՊԸ արտադրության «Պաղպաղակ վանիլային տոնական» տեսակի արտադրման ժամկետի մակնշումն ընթեռնելի չէ։ 
  • «Յուրմենշին» ՍՊԸ արտադրության «Պաղպաղակ ընտանեական մրգային» տեսակի պիտակի վրա արտադրման ժամկետի մակնշումն ընթեռնելի չէ։ 

Մակնշման անհամապատասխանություններով արտադրատեսակների իրացումը կասեցվել է, տրվել են խախտումները վերացնելու հանձնարարականներ։

Դիտարկման ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են նաև ըստ անվանման նույնականացման խնդիրներ (hամաձայն Մաքսային Միության տեխնիկական կանոնակարգի պահանջի՝ եթե պաղպաղակի բաղադրության մեջ առկա է կաթնային ճարպի փոխարինիչ, ապա դրա անվանման մեջ չի թույլատրվում «կաթնային», «սերուցքային», «պլոմբիր» հասկացությունների կիրառությունը): Ըստ այդմ`

«ԻԳԻԹ» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից արտադրվող «Պաղպաղակ կապուչինո պլոմբիր» արտադրատեսակի անվանման մեջ մակնշված է «պլոմբիր», սակայն բաղադրության մեջ նշված է, որ օգտագործվել է կաթնային ճարպի փոխարինիչ, իսկ «Յուրմենշին» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից («էլիտ Շանթ») արտադրվող «Պաղպաղակ վանիլային» անվանումը մակնշված չէ ամբողջական՝ «Պաղպաղակ կաթնային ճարպի փոխարինիչով վանիլային» (բաղադրության մեջ նշված է):

Դիտարկման շրջանակներում նմուշառված «Փինք Բերրի» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից արտադրված պլոմբիր տեսակի «Վանիլային պաղպաղակ թխվածքաբլիթով» և «Պաղպաղակ քոթոթ» արտադրատեսակները տրվել են լաբորատոր փորձաքննության, ինչի արդյունքում դրանցում հայտնաբերվել է կաթնայուղի փոխարինիչ։ 

Հաշվի առնելով դիտարկման գործընթացում արձանագրված անհամապատասխանությունները և առաջնորդվելով հետագծելիության սկզբունքով՝ վերոնշյալ 3 կազմակերպություններում՝ «ԻԳԻԹ», «Յուրմենշին» և «Փինք Բերրի» ՍՊԸ-ներում, այժմ իրականացվում է պետական վերահսկողություն՝ ստուգում:
