Մոսկվան հուսով է, որ Բաքուն և Երևանը հասկանում են, որ Արևմուտքն անկեղծ ցանկություն չունի օգնելու նրանց միջև հարաբերությունների խաղաղ կարգավորմանը, կարծում է Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։

«Ցավոք, նրանում, ինչ անում է Միացյալ Նահանգները հիմա, և ինչ անում է Եվրամիությունը, մենք տեսնում ենք ոչ թե բանակցություններին օգնելու, այլ տարածաշրջան ներթափանցելու, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության օրինական շահերի վրա ճնշում գործադրելու և որպես որոշիչ դեր ունեցող ուժ հաստատվելու ցանկություն»,- ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի նիստից հետո լրագրողներին ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը։

Ինչպես գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, Լավրովի կարծիքով՝ Արևմուտքի նման գործողություններն արտացոլում են նրա ցանկությունը «ընդլայնվելու դեպի տարածաշրջաններ, որոնք հեռու են ՆԱՏՕ-ի և ԵՄ անդամ երկրների սահմաններից, և դա քիչ կապ ունի իրավիճակի կայունացմանն օգնելու անկեղծ ցանկության հետ»:

«Թե՛ Երևանում, թե՛ Բաքվում մեր գործընկերները, հուսով եմ, հասկանում են դա: Համենայնդեպս, մենք անկեղծորեն քննարկում ենք նրանց հետ կատարվողը»,- ասել է Լավրովը։

«Մենք դեմ չենք, որ միջազգային այլ խաղացողներ իրենց ուժերը փորձեն միջնորդության հարցում»,- վստահեցրել է նա։

Միաժամանակ, ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը նախազգուշացրել է. «Գլխավորն այն է, որ այս միջնորդությունը պետք է հետապնդի այնպիսի պայմանավորվածությունների ապահովում, որոնք կարտացոլեն հայ և ադրբեջանցի ժողովուրդների, հայկական և ադրբեջանական պետությունների շահերի հավասարակշռությունը»:

Նա նշել է, որ «պայմանավորվածությունների ձեռքբերումը հնարավոր է միայն այն եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացման շրջանակում, որոնք ստորագրել են Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահները և Հայաստանի վարչապետը»։

ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը հիշեցրել է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հիմքը դրվել է 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի անձնական միջամտության շնորհիվ, երբ ստորագրվել է վերջնական կարգավորման սկզբունքների մասին առաջին եռակողմ հայտարարությունը։

Լավրովը նաև ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն փաստի վրա, որ այնուհետև ընդունվել են բարձր մակարդակի ևս մի քանի եռակողմ հայտարարություններ, որոնք նվիրված են իրավիճակի լիարժեք կարգավորման համար անհրաժեշտ ջանքերի տարբեր ասպեկտներին։

«Դա վերաբերում է նաև Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև, ընդհանուր առմամբ Հարավային Կովկասում տրանսպորտային և տնտեսական հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակմանը»,- մանրամասնել է նա։
