Կես տարվա շրջափակումից հետո արդեն հինգ օր է Արցախ անգամ հումանիտար բեռներ չեն մտնում: Սա կարող է հանգեցնել սովի: Էթնիկ զտման քաղաքականությունն էլ ինչպե՞ս պետք է դրսևորվի, որ ակնհայտ դառնա՝ 120,000 հայ, նրանցից 30,000 երեխա վտանգված են այսօր: Այս մասին տելեգրամի իր ալիքում գրում է ադրբեջանագետ Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանը։

Միգուցե ինքը շարունակ խոսելու ու մեր հանրային տիրույթն անհասկանալի դիսկուրսներով լցնելու անսպառ ցանկություն ունի, բայց այսօր մենք լուրջ վտանգի առաջ ենք, իսկ ինքն ու իր թիմը կամ անհաղորդ են դրան, կամ էլ ուղղակի լուռ հետևում են, թե ինչ է կատարվում: Նրանք ևս այսօրվա իրադրության պատասխանատուներն են, թող չմոռանան ով էր այն ղեկավարը, որն Արցախը ճանաչեց Ադրբեջանի մաս, սա էլ ես չեմ ասել, Բորելն է ասել:
