Ադրբեջանա-ուկրաինական սերտ կապերը և Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի դեմ կեղտոտ արշավը

Ուկրաինան Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին ներառել է «Խաղաղարար» կենտրոնի պատժացուցակի մեջ, նրա անունը նշվել է որպես անձի, որն ենթակա է «անհապաղ ձերբակալման և Ուկրաինայի ու ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկրների իրավապահ մարմիններին հանձնելու»։ ««Խաղաղարար» կենտրոնը խնդրում է իրավապահ մարմիններին կայքում արված այս հրապարակումը դիտարկել որպես հայտարարություն՝ Ուկրաինայի ազգային անվտանգության, խաղաղության, մարդկության անվտանգության և միջազգային իրավակարգի դեմ այս քաղաքացու կողմից գիտակցված արարքների մասին», ասվում է կենտրոնի կայքում արված հաղորդման մեջ։

Առաջին հայացքից այսպիսի զարգացումը կարող է տարակուսանք հարուցել ցանկացած ողջամիտ մարդու մոտ։ Վարդանյանն երբեք հակաուկրաինական տրամադրություններով աչքի չի ընկել, իսկ ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի ողջ ընթացքում երբևէ ակնհայտ դիրքորոշում չի հայտնել Ուկրաինայի վերաբերյալ՝ նախընտրելով զբաղվել Արցախի խնդիրներով։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի անունն այդ ցանկանում ընդգրկելն եղել է Ադրբեջանի խնդրանքով։ Ադրբեջանը պատերազմի ողջ ընթացքում սերտ առնչություններ ունի ուկրաինական իշխանությունների հետ, բավարար է հպանցիկ մի հայացք ձգել ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներով՝ տեսնելու, թե ինչպիսի հակառուսական տրամադրություններ են գեներացվում Ադրբեջանում։

Բացի այդ, Ադրբեջանը ռազմական և նյութական զգալի օգնություն է ցուցաբերում Ուկրաինային։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն ու նրա գլխավորած «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատն» այսօր Արցախում Ադրբեջանի դեմ դիմադրության միակ օջախն է մնացել, որ դիմադրում է Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի դավաճադիր պայմանավորվածություններին, շարունակում է լուրջ գլխացավանք լինել Բաքվի համար, և նրա անունն ուկրաինական «Խաղաղարարի» ցուցակում ընդգրկելն արվել է՝ Արևմուտքում Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի վարկանիշին հարվածելու, ճակատին թուլացնելու նպատակով։

Բնավ զարմանալի չէ, որ Վարդանյանի դեմ այդ արշավին հաճույքով միացել էին Հայաստանի գործող վարչախմբի քարոզչամիջոցներն, որոնք իրար հերթ չտալով տարածում էին այդ տեղեկությունը։
