Արցախ դեղ չի մտնում, սնունդ չի մտնում, մանկական կեր չի մտնում, հիվանդները չեն բուժվում. ձևավորվում է ծայրահեղ հումանիտար աղետ։
21-րդ դարում առաջացել է նոր «Լենինգրադի բլոկադա», ու մենք ոչինչ չենք անում։
 
Ինչո՞ւ ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունները չեն պահանջում ԱԺ հրատապ նիստ։ Ինչո՞ւ կոչ չեն անում հասարակությանը՝ ճնշում գործադրել իշխող ուժի վրա, որպեսզի կայանա նիստը։ Ինչո՞ւ ՀՀ ԱԺ-ն չի դիմում աշխարհի խորհրդարաններին։ Ինչո՞ւ չի կազմակերպվում  միջազգային ճնշում Արդբեջանի վրա։ Հատուկ շեշտում եմ՝ ԿԱԶՄԱԿԵՐՊՎՈՒՄ, ինքնահոսով ոչինչ չի ստացվի։ Ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանը չի ինտենսիվացնում հարցադրումը ՌԴ-ին։ Բոլոր խողովակներով, այդ թվում՝ ընդդիմադիր։ Եվ ռուսները պետք է գիտակցեն, որ Արցախը զոհաբերելուց հետո Հայաստանում այլևս անհնար է լինելու ակնկալել որևէ ռուսամետ դիրքորոշում կամ լոյալ հանրային տրամադրություն։ Ողջ իրավիճակը գիտակցելով հանդերձ, չի´ կարելի հանուն Նիկոլի դեմ պայքարի դառնալ կույր ռուսահպատակ։ Նույն լենինգրադյան բլոկադայի զուգահեռներն ակտիվացնելով՝ կարելի էր ռուսահայ էլիտայի միջոցով՝ ճնշման խողովակներ բանեցնել ռուսական էլիտաների և  իշխանությունների վրա։

Ինչո՞ւ չենք արձանագրում, որ ոչ իշխանական համակարգերը այլևս չունեն լիդերներ, ինչու՞ չենք գնում նոր լիդերության ձևավորմանը, որը ոտքի կհանի հայ հասարակությանը և ռեստորաններից կհանի մարդկանց՝ ի պաշտպանություն սովի ու ոչնչացման վտանգի մեջ հայտնված 120 հազար հայության։

Ինչո՞ւ Արցախից որևէ գրագետ գործողության ծրագիր կամ ուղերձ չի ներկայացվում, և ամեն ինչ սահմանափակվում է «լայվերի» ժանրով։ Ես ինքս Արցախի ապաշրջափակման թեմայով գործողությունների համալիր ծրագիր եմ ուղարկել Արցախի այն ժամանակվա պետնախարարին, էլի բազմաթիվ մարդիկ ունեն լուրջ քայլերի գաղափարներ, որոնց ընդամենը պետք է լսել ու օգնել, որ իրականացվեն։

Ստեղծվում է թյուր տպավորություն, թե «ինչ-որ մեկը» «ինչ-որ բան» գիտի՝ իշխանության մեջ, ընդդիմության, Արցախում, սփյուռքում, Մոսկվայում, Վաշինգտոնում  և այլն։ Վերջում կարող է պարզվել, որ ոչ ոք էլ ոչինչ «չգիտեր» ու պրոցեսը հանձնված էր ինքնահոսի։

Ինչո՞ւ ոչինչ չի արվում։ Ի՞նչ է կատարվում իրականում։
