«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Դեռևս մեկ-մեկուկես ամիս առաջ, հղում տալով մեր իշխանական աղբյուրներին, տեղեկացրել էինք, որ առաջիկայում իշխանությունները «իրավական» գործիքակազմով քաղաքական ռեպրեսիաների նոր ալիք են պատրաստում: Նաև ընդգծել էինք, որ խոսքը վերաբերում է խոշոր «կալիբրի» ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական գործիչներին։ Օրերս ականատես եղանք, թե ինչպես ձերբակալվեց, իսկ հետո զավեշտալի պատճառաբանությամբ երկամսյա ժամկետով կալանավորվեց ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
Երեկ էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դատախազությունը հաղորդագրություն տարածեց, որտեղ նշվում էր, թե 2004 թվականին՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ պաշտպանության նախարար լինելու տարիներին, ՊՆ-ն 500 հազար դոլարով պարտքի դիմաց բանկից շինություն է ստացել և մեկ ամիս անց 90 հազար դոլարով վաճառել մեկ այլ բանկի: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, սա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և բացառապես նրա շահերը սպասարկող իրավապահ համակարգի հերթական փորձն է՝ առաջիկայում սպասվող բանակցային գործընթացների և հերթական զիջումների ֆոնին ընդդիմադիր դաշտը հնարավորինս լռեցնելու և սպասվող դիմադրության օջախները մարելու ուղղությամբ։
