Պատահարի հետևանքով կյանքից հեռացած կինը դերասան Տիգրան Նալչաջյանի քույրն է

Փարաքարում հունիսի 18-ին սպանված 42-ամյա կինը դերասան, սցենարիստ Տիգրան Նալչաջյանի քույրն է։ Այս մասին գրում են ԶԼՄ-ները։
Դերասանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.
«Իմ սիրելի քույրիկի` Նվարդի հոգեհանգիստը տեղի կունենա վաղը` հունիսի 22-ին, Սան Լազարո սգո սրահում։ Հասցեն` Լուկաշինի 152/1»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ քննչական կոմիտեն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր՝ 42-ամյա կինը սպանվել է հունիսի 18-ին՝ ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում։ Դեպքի օրը տուժողը Փարաքարում հանդիպել է իր 18-ամյա ծանոթի հետ։ Կնոջը պատկանող ավտոմեքենայով նրանք շրջել են, ապա մեքենան կայանել «Ծիրանանոց» կոչվող հատվածում։ Երիտասարդը, 42-ամյա կնոջը պատկանող «I phone 13 pro max» մոդելի հեռախոսին տիրանալու և նրա ավտոմեքենան շահագործելու շահադիտական դրդումներով, սպանելու դիտավորությամբ, աջ ձեռքով բռնել է կնոջ պարանոցից, և, ձախ ձեռքը դնելով նրա գլխի հետին հատվածին, հրելու և պարանոցը սեղմելու միջոցով, կատարել է խեղդող հնարք՝ ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելով նրան:
Ապա 18-ամյա երիտասարդը կպչուն ժապավենով կապել է տուժողի ձեռքերը, ոտքերը և բերանը, մեքենայով նրան տեղափոխել Փարաքար համայնքի գերեզմանատանը հարակից տարածքում գտնվող, չշահագործվող քարի արտադրամաս։ Դին հրելով գցել է տարածքում առկա ձորակը, քարերով ծածկել և, վերցնելով կնոջ բջջային հեռախոսը, վերջինիս ավտոմեքենայով հեռացել այդ վայրից։ Հունիսի 20-ին նա ընկերոջ միջոցով վաճառել է 42-ամյա կնոջը պատկանող «I phone 13 pro max» մոդելի հեռախոսը, դրա դիմաց ստացել 200.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար, իսկ ավտոմեքենան շահագործել իր կարիքների համար։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում երիտասարդի մասնակցությամբ դեպքի վայրում կատարվել է քննչական գործողություն, որի ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել է 42-ամյա կնոջ դիակը:
Ձեռք բերված փաստերի հիման վրա 18-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 10-րդ կետով։ Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ։
