Արգելվել է սև և գունավոր մետաղների ջարդոնի ու թափոնի արտահանումը․ կառավարության որոշումը

Գործադիրն ընդունել է «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից մի շարք ապրանքների՝ դեպի Եվրասիական տնտեսության միության երկրներ տեղափոխման և երրորդ երկրներ արտահանման ժամանակավոր արգելք կիրառելու մասին» որոշում:
Ըստ այդմ՝ որոշմամբ նախատեսված ապրանքների արտահանման համար առաջարկվում է սահմանել վեցամսյա արգելք՝ 2023թ. հուլիսի 28-ից մինչև 2024թ. հունվարի 28-ը։ Այն պայմանավորված է սև և գունավոր մետաղների ջարդոնի և թափոնի արտահանումը կանոնակարգելու, տեղական արտադրությունը զարգացնելու և հումքային բազայով ապահովելու, ինչպես նաև նոր ներդրումների միջոցով՝ Հայաստանի մշակող արդյունաբերության ոլորտի գործունեությունը խթանելու անհրաժեշտությամբ:
ՀՀ կառավարության 2022թ.ին ընդունած որոշմամբ ժամանակավորապես՝ 6 ամիս ժամկետով, արգելվել է սև և գունավոր մետաղների ջարդոնի ու թափոնի, ինչպես նաև սև և գունավոր մետաղից պատրաստված օգտագործված որոշ ապրանքների (որոնք կորցրել են որպես առաջնային ապրանք օգտագործելու պիտանելիությունը) արտահանումը։
Ըստ կանխատեսումների, երկրորդային հումքի վերամշակման հիման վրա արտադրություններ ստեղծելու և գործող արտադրություններն ընդլայնելու համար ընդհանուր ներդրումները կկազմեն մինչև 150 մլն դոլար, որի արդյունքում կստեղծվի 750-1000 նոր աշխատատեղ, տեղի կունենա սև և գունավոր մետաղների տեղական ջարդոնի օգտագործման ծավալների աճ՝ 70-75%-ով, հետագայում հասցնելով ջարդոնի սպառման տարեկան քանակը շուրջ 350 հազար տոննայի։
