«Ապրելու Երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
Կասկադի վերին հատվածի վերակառուցում՝ ժամանակակից լուծումներով ու հնարավորություններով։
Կասկադի թանգարանային հատվածի ընդլայնում։
Կասկադի վերին հատվածի մոտ Հին քաղաքի թաղամասի ստեղծում։
Կասկադով դեպի վերև ֆունիկուլյորի կառուցում, այնուհետ ճոպանուղի՝ դեպի Հաղթանակի զբոսայգի, այնտեղից էլ Նորքով Էրեբունի թանգարան։
Էրեբունի թանգարանի վերածնունդ, որով նախ, մեր հնագույն պատմությունը ավելի հասանելի կդառնա լայն հասարակությանը, բացի այդ, ևս մեկ զբոսաշրջային այցեքարտ կավելանա։
Հաղթանակի զբոսայգու վերակառուցում՝ միջազգային չափորոշիչների կիրառմամբ, հագեցվածությամբ և հին զբոսայգու դիմագծի պահպանմամբ։
Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի բազմաթիվ ծրագրերը Հայաստանում բոլորին են հայտնի, բայց կան նաև մի շարք ծրագրեր, որոնք մինչև այժմ չեն դարձել իրականություն ոչ կոմպետենտ իշխանությունների պատճառով։
Մոտ 10 տարի է՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի կողմից տարբեր ժամանակների տարբեր իշխանություններին է ներկայացվել Երևանի համար կարևորագույն մի ծրագիր, որը ամբողջովին կփոխեր քաղաքի զարգացումը։
Նախագիծը ներառում է՝
