Արցախում մշակութային ցեղասպանության քաղաքվականություն է իրականացվում, որին մենք որեւէ ձեւով չենք կարողանում հակազդել: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ ասաց ԵՊՀ մշակութաբանության ամբիոնի վարիչ, պատմական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Համլետ Պետրոսյանը:
«Այն հուշարձաանները, որոնք շատ հայտնի են, որոնք այս կամ այն չափով միջազգային մշակութաբաններին են հայտնի, նման դեպքերում իրենք դիմում են գիտական կամ ակադեմիական զեղծարարությանը, որ դրանք աղվանական են, որ դրանք ադրբեջանական ժողովրդի մշակութային ժառանգությունն են, որ ահյերը հետո են եկել: Երկրորդը դա միանշանակ դա վերափոխելն է, ջնջելը եւ ոչնչացնելը: Ասենք շատ տարածված էիրենց մոտ օկուպանտական հուշարձաններ կոչել, այսինքն հայերը նվաճել են Ադրբեջանը, նոր հուշարձաններ են դրել եւ դրա դեմն առնելը շատ բարդ է, որովհետեւ իրենք պայքարը տանում են անեւ գաղափարական հողի վրա»,- ասաց նա:
Պետրոսյանն անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի գործողություններին հակազդելուն ասաց, որ դա տարբեր մակարդակներով է իրականացվում, որտեղ պետական մակարդակով հակազդեցության մակարդակը շատ թույլ է:
«Հակազդելու առաջին ձեւը դա բռնելթշնամու ձեռք, թույլ չտալ դա անել, որից մենք զրկվել ենք վերջին պատերազմից հետո: Երկրորդը դա զանազան դիմումներն են միջազգային մարմիններին, բայց եթե ամփոփենք միջազգային մշակութապահպան գործունեությունը զրոյացված է: Կան որոշումներ ՄԱԿ-ի դատարանի, Եվրախորհրդի, սակայն ոչինչ չի արվում իրականում: Ինչպես Բերձորի միջանցքի դեպքում՝ բոլորը դատապարտում են, սակայն ոչինչ չի արվում»,- ասաց նա:
Մշակութաբանը փաստում է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կեցվածքը շատ զգուշավոր է, վախվորած. «Նման մոտեցման դեպքում ոչ մի արդյունք չի կարելի ակնկալել: Մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանության ուղղված ջանքերը գտնվում են առանձին անհատների եւ կազմակերպությունների ձեռքում: Նման գործառույթ չի իրականացնում մեր մշակույթի նախարարությունը, արտգործանախարարությունը, նման գործառույթ է իրականացնում monumentwatch.org կազմակերպությունը, Հայ Առաքելական եկեցեցին ինչ-որ համեստ քայլեր է անում, Արցախի մշակութային ժառանգության ՊՈԱԿ-ն է ինչ-որ բաներ անում, սակայն ամեն ինչ ավելի անհատական, խմբային մակարդակով է, ոչ թե պետական ընդգծված քաղաքականություն»:
Համլետ Պետրոսյանն ընդհանրացնելով այս առումով ստեղծված վիճակն ասում է. «Ոնց որ անպատիվ ապրես, անպատիվ գոյություն է, սա որպես հետազոտողի իմ կարծիքն է, եւ ամենածանրը դա է»:
