Խոզի գրիպից 2016թ 3 մարդ է մահացել, մի շարք հիվանդների վիճակը ծանր է

Hraparak.am-ը գրում է.
Առողջապահության նախարարությունը այս պահին ամփոփում է սուր շնչառական վարակների վերաբերյալ վերջին տվյալները, քիչ անց հայտարարություն կտարածեն, իսկ վաղը արդեն մամուլի ասուլիս են հրավիրել, այդ պատճառով այսօր հարցերի չեն պատասխանում՝ կոչ անելով սպասել պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություններին:
Իսկ հունվարի 9-ի դրությամբ՝ հանրապետությունում գրանցվել է սուր շնչառական վարակներով հոսպիտալացման 662 դեպք, որից 219-ը` թոքաբորբ: Hraparak.am-ը ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Անահիտ Հայթայանից հետաքրքրվեց, թե ի վերջո այս պահին խոզի գրիպը քանի՞ մարդու կյանք է խլել. «Այս պահին չեմ կարող ասել, պետք է ամփոփվեն տվյալները, վաղը մենք ասուլիս կանենք բոլորին կասենք: Որոշել ենք որևէ մեկին հեռախոսով ինֆորմացիա չտալ».- նշում է մամուլի խոսնակը և հորդորում այս պահին հիմնվել միայն պաշտոնական տեղեկատվության վրա:
Hraparak.am-ի տեղեկություններով` լրատվամիջոցների բարձրացրած աղմուկը պատճառ է դարձել, որ մարդիկ ավելի շուտ դիմեն բժշկական կենտրոններ, դա լավ է այնքանով, որ համաճարակը որոշ չափով վերահսկելի է դառնում, ճիշտ է՝ դիմողների թվերը աճում են, բայց գոնե մարդիկ արդեն ծայրահեղ վիճակով չեն դիմում, այլապես բոլոր մահացության դեպքերը հենց ծայրահեղ վիճակով հիվանդանոց դիմելու արդյունք են:
ԱՆ մեր աղբյուրը հայտնեց, որ երեխաների մոտ բարդ դեպքեր չկան, հիմնականում մեծերի և հղիների մոտ են բարդություններ, այս պահի դրությամբ ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում գտնվող մի քանի հիվանդներ կան: Հունվարի 9-ի դրությամբ՝ հանրապետության վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքներում բուժում է ստանում 83 հիվանդ, որից 7-ը միացված է արհեստական շնչառական սարքին: Այս տարվա ընթացքում գրիպի բարդացումից արդեն 3-րդ մահվան դեպքն է գրանցվել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Խոզի գրիպի համաճարակը մեծ թափ ստացավ 2009 թ.-ին՝ նոր գենետիկական ձևի ներքո և փոխանցվում է մարդուց մարդ: Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության տվյալներով 2009-2010 թվականի համաճարակը մեծ ազդեցություն է թողել ամբողջ աշխարհի վրա: Մեծահասակների մոտ սովորաբար նախանշանները լինում են շնչառության դժվարություն կամ կարճատևություն, ցավ կամ ճնշում կրծքավանդակում, հանկարծակի հոգնածություն, կրկնվող փսխումներ, ցածր ջերմություն: Երեխաների մոտ՝ արագ շնչառություն կամ շնչառության դժվարացում, մաշկի կապտում:
Ի դեպ, H1N1 վիրուսը ստացել է Խոզի գրիպ անվանումը, քանի որ այն մասնավորապես տարածված է խոզերի մեջ, հիմնական երկրները՝ ԱՄՆ, Մեքսիկա, Կանադա, Հարավային Ամերիկա, և ասիական մի քանի երկրներ՝ Ճապոնիա, Թայվան, Չինաստան: Գրիպը զարգանում է ինչպես մարդու օրգանիզմում, այնպես էլ տարբեր կենդանիների մոտ:
