Սիրելի բարեկամներ,

Ձեր ուշադրությանն եմ ներկայացնում այսօրվ մամլո ասուլիսը, որտեղ մենք հանգամանալից ներկայացրեցինք, թե ինչպես Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում իշխանությունը յուրացրած խմբակը փորձել խոչընդոտել "Հայաքվե"-ի ստորագրահավաքին, և հրահանգել Երևանի վարչական շրջանների թաղապետարններին՝ տարբեր պատրվակներով հրաժարվել տարածք տրամադրել "Հայաքվե"-ի նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամներին՝ ստորագրահավաք իրականացնելու համար, թեև դա Հանրաքվեի մասին սահմանադրական օրենքի ուղիղ պահանջն է։
Մեր ասուլիսից հետո, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի մամլո ծառայությունը արձագանքել է դրան, և հայտարարել, որ մենք թյուրամածության մեջ ենք, պարզապես թաղապետարանների փոխարեն ուղիղ քաղաքապետարանին պետք է դիմեինք։ Այս կապակցությամբ ցանկանում եմ ասել հետևյալը՝

ա) օրենքի հստակ պահանջ է, որ թաղապետարանների վարչական ղեկավարների ուղիղ պարտականությունն է մեզ տարածք տրամադրելը, այնպես որ դիմել ենք ճիշտ հասցեով, և բոլոր այն թաղապետարանները, ովքեր մեզ մերժել են, վերահասցեագրել են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին, կամ ընդհանրապես չեն պատասխանել, խատել են օրենքը, և դրա համար պատասխան են տալու։

բ) չնայած դրան, և հաշվի առնելով, որ տարբեր վարչական ղեկավարներ փորձելու են հարցը իրար վրա գցել, պատասխանատվությունից խուսափելու նպատակով, պաշտոնապես դիմել ենք զուգահեռ նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին։
Այնպես որ, պարոնայք, սպասում ենք օրենքով նախատեսված տարածքների անհապաղ տրամադրմանը, մեր ժողովրդի սահմանադրական իրավունքը վերականգնելու նպատակով:
